Shin Hyun Joon plays Lee Seon Woo, a suave combination of James Bond and MacGuyver who can handle any medical emergency. When a woman collapses in front of him miles away from the hospital, he knows just what to do: borrow a construction worker’s drill and perform a little impromptu head surgery right there on the spot!
Less showy, but no less talented, is Seon Woo’s brother Lee Cho In (So Ji Sub), who’s worked hard to succeed as a doctor, but has never been able to escape the shadow of his older brother’s fame. What Cho In may lack in flash, however, he more than makes up for in mystery. Why is he so hated by their fiendish mother (Kim Hae Sook in a deliciously evil role)? What’s with the ugly jagged scar that runs across his photogenic torso? And isn’t there something a little sad about his relationship with his pop star girlfriend (Chae Jung Ahn from Coffee Prince), who has her own intense history with Seon Woo?
Reunited by chance after years apart, the two brothers have a cordial if cautious relationship at first. But that’s not going to last...

So Ji Sub is one of my favorite actors! Kim Hae Soo is a wrong person to play Cruella Devil; her face is too kind.

The one thing that annoyed me about the older brother with the woman he loved. I disappeared for 7 years without saying a word to you but you should have waited for me....OH HELL NO!!...You should have waited because I was sick and didn't tell you. I don't care what culture or country anyone is from but don't you think that is just a bit unreasonable? sheesh...other then that the drama was great!

I watched it and enjoyed it a lot. Love it! I can't help it to keep on watching the next episode to episode. Great action story! Recommend to watch it. :-) One of my favorite Kdrama!

I have no complaints about this drama. It was very well made and the actors were great! My compliments to the director. I think I'm in love with So Ji Sub :) but Shin Hyun Joon is a great actor and was wonderful in Stairway To Heaven. I would definetly recommend it! A Must Watch!!!!!!!!!!

honestly im only on the 1st ep. but these grown ass men need to grow the hell up this is embarrassing they competing over surgery who runs up the stairs the fastest WTF!!! Grow The F$%K UP act so immature dont know if i could finish this will see after the first ep if its good enough to watch the 2nd...UPDATE tried to watch it again on another site must Admit I still feel the same way the older brother was soo evil jealous of so ji sub too dramatic again GROW THE HELL UP!! but it was Enjoyable

Big fan of So Ji Sub and I love his look and acting! The story is very dramatic and too many evil people in that hospital. It is unbelievable that the very sick Sun Woo would try so many times to kill his brother. I guess it won't happen in real life. As a whole, it is still a very exciting drama to watch!
