Cain and Abel starring Shin Hyun Joon, So Ji Sub, and Chae Jung Ahn

Sibling rivalry takes a violent turn in Cain and Abel, the new romantic drama centered on two brilliant surgeons -- who also happen to be brothers -- driven over the edge by jealousy.

Shin Hyun Joon plays Lee Seon Woo, a suave combination of James Bond and MacGuyver who can handle any medical emergency. Less showy, but no less talented, is Seon Woo’s brother Lee Cho In (So Ji Sub), who’s worked hard to succeed as a doctor, but has never been able to escape the shadow of his older brother’s fame. What Cho In may lack in flash, however, he more than makes up for in mystery. Questions arise about is mother's hatred for him and the validity of his relationship with his pop star girlfriend who has her own history with his flashy older brother. Reunited by chance after years apart, the two brothers come together and the drama abounds on every front.

*SPOILERS MAY BE INCLUDED* I am just watching this for So Ji-Sub! What a handsome man! This is very, very good; almost great! Shin Hyun Joon plays evil well! Never watched him before Episode 18 is very poignant! Confirms to me why I always felt So Ji-Sub was a wonderful actor! Great ending, nice to see So Ji-Sub live for once.

My title says it all. This was my second drama to watch after Goong (I was recommended it by a Korean friend) and it is really good. In my opinion, this is So Ji Sub, as well as Han Ji Min's (because she annoys me in her other dramas), best drama. All the actors are great and the chemistry between them is great., especially the two brothers. The scene in episode one where they race to the roof is so amazing and sweet. As it gets further into the drama that scene is so heart-wrenching to remember.

I can't stand episode 8. Why does everyone think they can manipulate other people's feelings?! If I didn't like So Ji Sub so much, I'd stop watching right now. All of the characters are so selfish. I have no sympathy for any of them except Cho In. I hope they learn "You reap what you sow." I know a lot of K-dramas let the bad guy off the hook in the end.

Every episode so far gives me a reason to cuss out loud. My sympathy for Lee Sun Woo erodes more and more. As an actor, I have a ton of respect for someone who can make me hate his character. ;) This is also the first So Ji Sub role I've seen. Will definitely be looking for more when I finish this one! One of the reasons I enjoy KDrama is because of the ability of the actors. American television doesn't pull me into the emotions of the characters. I can love and hate to my heart's content! :D

I love So Ji Sub and Han Ji Min so I watched this drama and am now addicted to it. I loved how their innocent friendship then innocent love came together. As they went through the hardships of life and people hurting them they grew from it and became stronger people. I so wanted a wedding at the end but just the way he came to get her just made me love this drama more. The revenge upsets you and violence but this drama was good.

So Ji Sub, is an outstanding actor. This drama is worth watching. The ending is great but could have had a stronger ending. Overall, I loved every minute of it.

It took me a long time to watch this, the title meant that it would be difficult. However this is one suspenseful take on an Bible story. And I loved many of the twist and turns. The girl got on my nerves a lot... actually both the love interests did.... there were moments when I questioned the logic of the writers decisions but overall this was worth my 20 hours.
