From the creators of hit dramas Lovers and Lovers in Paris comes Lovers in Prague, the second installment in the popular Lovers trilogy. Starring popular film actress Jeon Do Yeon, Kim Joo Hyuk (who won the Baeksang Best Actor Award for his performance), and Kim Min Joon (Damo, Someday), it was hugely popular during its entire broadcast.
Bright and beautiful Jae Hee (Jeon Do Yeon) is finishing up her time as a diplomat in Prague and attempting to get over a harsh break-up from five years before. As the daughter of the Korean president, she must constantly try to keep a low profile, but when she meets lowly, quick-tempered detective Sang Hyun (Kim Joo Hyuk) in Prague, romance blossoms between them. However, the sudeen reappearance of Jae Hee's ex-boyfriend (Kim Min-joon) and Sang Hyun's ex, things quickly get complicated. Torn by the difference in their social status, the president's daughter and the poor detective will have to fight to discover whether the love that brought them together in the beauty of Prague can overcome all that would keep them apart.

I just loved this drama! Many times you watch a couple struggle to be together and the whole movie goes by and you actually never see them together or see them interact until a few moments at the end. In this drama you watch many happy and funny situations they go through. Sure there are some bad things that happen and some sad ones too but at least there are many wonderful funny and uplifting moments to watch. There are many more positive interactions in this romantic drama than there are negative ones. Jun Do Yeon is just adorable and although Kim Joo Hyuk can look a little geaky at times his personality and charisma shine through to transform him into a truly incrediable guy. You will surely smile a lot if you watch this one!

The most handsome guy in this drama is the president's son, the 2 lead actors are so ugly...most boring drama I've ever watched!

i thought b/c i didn't like lovers & lovers in paris that i wouldn't like this one either but i was so wrong. there's a lot of weirdness with some of the relationships in here and i kind of forget who's actually together.

I'm a sucker for hard-nosed, soft-hearted detectives and relatives who are caught between the law and getting medical treatment for a loved one. I absolutely love kdramas for bringing up this medical/health situation so often. And, you can keep your botoxed models pretending to act. The lead actress here is great and has the most stunning smile. I came for Kim Min Joon (Tazza, another one where health costs cause havoc with people's lives, and Damo). I stayed for the other actors. And the music is awesome, too.

The best thing about this drama was the music, which was truly '' EXCELENT''...It was worthed watching just for the soundtrack....

First there was Lovers in Paris (a good story with a not so good ending). With that said my expectations were hoping for something better with Lovers in Prague. The story started out OK but with each episode it began to drag and lacked any excitement (with the exception of the last 2 episodes). I felt that the couple were good together but the chemistry that was needed to make this drama memorable was not quite there. The acting performances were average except for Kim Joo Hyuk. I found his performance very enjoyable and entertaining (see him in another great acting role, Terrior) Unfortunately, Kim Min Joon's acting was 50/50--some parts he seemed to be trying to much and in others he seemed sincere. I was also disappointed that Jae-Hae's younger brother (played by Jang Geun Suk from YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL) was not given more screen time or development. His storyline I found to be cute and a much needed break within the drama. Overall the drama was not the best and could have been shortened to 14 episodes.

Pleasant movie with a few hiccups, cute and loveable sweethearts; the actors did their jobs well. "Lovers in Prague" has a few misses midway to end. Maybe it’s this viewer, however I got lost in the explanations given which should fully clarify some incidents. There are a few chuckling moments with phrases used, an overall okay romance drama.
