Superb Acting! The production was great, cinematography was breathtaking. Actors were just excellent. Jang Hyuk was great in this drama. His emotions were just spilling over on screen. Oh Ji Ho's acting has greatly improved. I love Ji Oh, and I am so happy he finally had a venue to showcase his acting talent through a serious project like this. However, Jang Hyuk's presence and strength of character gets hold of the audience. The support cast were wonderful, Kim Ji Suk was an awesome comic relief. I loved Jung Su Han,the "General"'s character where he keeps both Jang Hyuk's character on path and Ji Suk's character in line. He is like the voice of reason. Loved this drama. you guys won't be wasting your time. Lee Jong Hyuk was just hatefuly riveting to wat,ch. Exteremey good actor

It's really worth watching; I have to say this is one of my favorites, the best I've seen so far. In my opinion the first 10 episodes were very exciting and excellent fight scenes (the music also fit very well); the middle episodes were a bit drawn out but still kept my interest; the last 4-5 episodes were great, as I enjoyed seeing the two lead males form a mutual respect of one another...almost a friendship. Thank you Dramafever; you really place quality programs on your site; please keep up the good work.

Great casting, awesome action choreography, and great chemistry among the lead characters. The slavery-rebellion story line feels artificial, unnecessary and tacked-on, just to extend the series. The "born-again" transformation of the lead black assassin at the end is unconvicing, and I did not like the ending, which seems to lack both logic and imagination. But among the few truly great period epic K-drama out there.

I left off the last star because it was all the way to fun town and then- it ended? Wha? What I'm saying is the ending was abrupt and lame. Well worth it though for the fun action and the best leading men ( sans shirts )!!!

Kim Jin Woo is so cute!!!!!!!!!!!, most of all when he were dressing like a Prince. I'm in love with Song Tae Ha. With his unruly and unkempt appearance. The fight scenes, superb. Lee Dae Gil and his crazy faces. Well I really, really, really enjoyed it

Choppy direction... too much silliness... uneven storyline. The music was awesome and some of male actors were pure hotness, but that wasn't enough to redeem this mess. In the right hands, this could have been a masterpiece.
