One Fine Day Starring Gong Yoo, Sung Yu Ri, and Nam Goong Min

Superstars Gong Yoo (Coffee Prince) and Sung Yuri (The Snow Queen, Hong Gil Dong) light up the screen in this bittersweet tale of forbidden love.

Seo Ha Neul (Sung Yuri) and Seo Gun (Gong Yoo) become stepbrother and stepsister when their parents marry each other, and soon come to love each other like real siblings; Ha Neul hero-worships her older brother and Seo Gun will do anything to protect his little sister. But when their parents are suddenly killed, the two are separated: Seo Gun is adopted into a poor family in Australia, while Ha Neul is adopted into a wealthy Korean family. Before leaving, Seo Gun promises Ha Neul that he'll come back for her in a few days. Fiteen years later, Seo Gun returns to Korea - but no longer the innocent boy he once was. He has been forced into a life of crime to pay for the medical needs of his adopted sister Hyo Ju in Australia, and has become a small-time gangster and swindler. Having buried all of his affection for his first step-sister, Ha Neul, his goal in coming back to Korea is to find her and swindle she and her wealthy family out of enough money to pay for Hyo Ju's needs. Ha Neul, meanwhile, has had a very different upbringing, growing up the cherished, sheltered daughter of an overprotective mother and a wealthy chairman. When the two meet again, they can't help but begin to love each other again, but this time, is it the love of siblings, or something more?

Haunting and constantly compelling, One Fine Day is one of the more well-known Korean dramas, and assisted its already popular stars well on their way to the superstardom they enjoy now. Highlighted by stunning underwater sequences of the aquarium where Ha Neul works, filmed at Seoul's famous Coex Aquarum, it is a dreamlike and beautiful drama. The story line is not your typical Drama today, but it would be 6 years ago. But i like it, it made me have butterflies, so that means its good.

Nam Goong Mi's character is so cute and adorable so far. i wish he was the one she really falls for. totally different from can you hear my heart, which i liked him in as well. i'm on epi 7 and i hope i am not as disappointed as some folks i've read on here.

To be honest, it's wierd to think the girl who waited 15 yrs thinking her "real" bro would come back will fall for him romantically.Sure he was not real bro, but how can love change from sisterly love to romantic.i just like the lead actress and the second lead was cute!!!!

It wasn't exciting but it did keep me watching all the way to the end. I normally don't go for many of these tragic slow-paced dramas unless they're really good, but I'm a fan of Sung Yuri and there was just something about the series that I liked as a whole. Lee Yeon Hee was irritating here though lol.

it usually takes up to at least 5 episodes before i'm sure that i want to watch a show. exceptions being anything that was based on a book that i read and it was made into a show or movie or a favorite actor. anyway, i knew after seeing the first episode that this was something i wanted to see.

Watch this because of the casts- the very manly Gong Yoo, the beautiful Sung Yu Ri and Lee Yeon Hee. If you like to visit the aquarium or to see the colourful fish swimming in the tank, you would probably enjoy watching it! There are lots of "why" to be asked in this drama. Why he was forced to leave for Australia; why the wallet found and never mentioned... Is it because 16 episodes are too short to explain everything? As a whole, this is quite a good drama and happy with the ending.

How many men can love the same woman? The answer to that question is here. Did not like. Gong Yoo drew me but could not keep me. I loved him in Coffee Prince! I finally gave up and just watched the last episode. It convinced me I would have been mad wasting 16 hours of my life watching this. This has to be the worse review I have ever written! I was not duly impressed with anything; other than an occasional peak of Gong without a shirt. Ok, that's what the one star is for ;-)

Gong Yoo is really good, so much emotion. Love is portrayed as the most generous and most selfish emotion a man has. One thing you have to remember, you can never force it if it's not there. Hyo Joo redeemed herself at the end. Ending is good. I will recommend.
