Boys Over Flowers starring Lee Min Ho, Kim Bum and Kim Hyun Joong

The action takes place in the prestigious Shin Hwa high school in Seoul. Four boys, who comprise the group know as the Flower Four, are the crème de la crème, sons of the wealthiest and most powerful families from Korea. Spoiled, rebellious, flirtatious and mean, these boys are the poster children for the new image of sexiness in Asia, a group of boys who are in fact beautiful - more beautiful than flowers. The leader, Joon Pyo, is the heir to one of the largest Korean conglomerates. Ji Hoo is the grandson of a former Korean president. Yi Jung and Woo Bin complete the group.

Enter cute Jan Di, who works at a porridge restaurant and is daughter to a humble family which owns a dry cleaner. She is accepted into Shin Hwa on a swimming scholarship and has to deal with a world she has only seen from afar. From the start, she faces the scrutiny of the entire school, who consider her an outcast. The boys from F4, who are demigods in this school, take an instant dislike to her. But through her charm and undying optimism, she tries to slowly win the hearts of everyone around her. And of course, a few of the boys will fall for her. Boys from the F4.

Fancy cars, outrageously fashion forward threads and hair styles that put all the boy bands in the US to shame, Boys Over Flowers is eye candy to young and old, with scenes from exotic places like Jeju Island, New Caledonia, Waiheke Island and Macau.

Fun! This drama is so much fun to watch! Near the end things get a bit too intense so make sure you have enough free time to watch several episodes in a row...you aren't going to be able to stop.

Great to pass some time I wasn't expecting to like this drama too much since I don't really like Cinderella stories, but this was very refreshing. It's been a while since I've watched a Kdrama and this was a nice way to get me back. There were some very fabulous scenes and I must say this drama really knows how to make you cry lol. Saw the Japanese version a few years ago and the only demerit have to give the Korean version is that it drags a couple of times. Other than that it was great :)

A Different Opinon I watched, "You're Beautiful", "My Girl" and "Beethoven Virus" before this and thought they had a certain Korean culture charm that was not in this drama. Even though I still appreciated seeing some cultural differences and learned from it, I felt like the respect for elders, women and such was not portrayed the same and that was a disappointment to me. I realize that Korean culture is probably changing right allong with the rest of the world. But, the traditional culture is so interesting to me. I did appreciate some of the story line/over all plott and liked Lee Min Ho's acting I found him very intertaining. If you're not in it for the culture, then you very well might like this drama, obviously many people do!

Nice :) I liked this drama. it was really funny and cute but i thought some parts dragged too much :( i've watched all the Boys over flowers and this is ranked second after the japanese version purely because the japanese one was a lot faster-paced. but i love the main characters in here and the side characters are my favorite!!! KIM BUM <333 :D i wish there was a wedding though....

Amazing <3 i started watching Boys over Flowers when my friend recommended it!! it was the first korean drama i ever saw!! i was so hooked!! the story makes you just want more >o< i cant say i was the biggest fan of the ending but everything was as good as it could be i suppose... the acting may have been cheesy*with some strong points* and the OST was blared often *yet the songs were contagious* but i still loved this drama Im so glad my friend showed it to me <3

Yes! Loved it sooooo much. Omgosh. All the guys are so fricking cute. Especially Kim Bum. But I thought they could have gave Woo Bin a girl too. Like let us see him encounter someone in the end. Oddly, the two couples (Jan Di and Jun Pyo) in this movie remind me of the movie Shining Inheritance- also a good movie. Finished it in two days. Haha. Definitely on my list to watch again. :D

Interesting, but not the best... Ok, I like this drama a lot. But it is definitely not thaaaattttt good . I don't understand everybody's obsession over this drama. But overall, I think it was worth watching.
