What's Up Fox? Starring Ko Hyun Jung and Chun Jung Myung
What's Up Fox? is a delightful romantic comedy in the tradition of Bridget Jones' Diary. Starring Ko Hyun Jung, (3-time best-actress nominee including her first timer role in Sandglass, one of the most watched dramas of all time), and Chun Jung Myung, who is quietly rising within the ranks of drama actors.
Writer of lusty stories for a sex magazine by day and homebody who lives with her mother and sister by night, 33-year old Byeong Hee (Hyun Jung) has never had a boyfriend. All she wants is a relationship, a family of her own, and a little romance along the way (a new job wouldn't hurt either). But what she never expects is for her world to be turned upside down when her best friend's younger brother (Jung Myung), a free-spirited mechanic, returns from traveling the world, no longer the little boy she remembers, but instead sexy, full grown man. When a night of drunkenness ends unexpectedly, Byeong Hee is suddenly faced with too many romantic options. Who will win her heart - the rich, playboy doctor or the good-hearted, carefree mechanic? Funny, quirky, and unusually risqué, What's Up Fox? is an enjoyable romp from start to finish. Don't miss out!

Unlike any kdrama Ive seen before super risque and raunchy yet cute and romantic. Totally a must watch. The cast is great!!!! There's no corrupt money loving family or evil other spouse nor a big secret involved! It's just a simple story with real people something we can relate to. It seems to be close to reality!!!!
I'm usually enamored by male eye candy in Kdramas (and this one's no exception) but I also have to give props to Go Hyun Jung, who has consistently demanded my attention and respect as an actress. She was superb as Mishil in QSD, and she did not disappoint in this drama; she was just excellent. Enter 2 hot men who are both pursing her at the same time--gotta love Kdramas for that plot device! The main romance is with the younger man, who is her best friend's brother. I liked that the writers didn't approach the age difference with an offhanded "age 'aint nothin' but a number" philosophy. That would have been unrealistic and insulting to the viewers' intelligence. Instead, they managed to incorporate humor, love, necessary sacrifice, family dynamics, and natural consequences to decisions--the blend of these issues worked so well to create a solid drama. Expect controversy, heart-warming scenes, & hilarious situations... This one's highly recommend!
I totally loved this drama, finished it in two days =]
It was well-written and realistically portrayed, but I couldn't help feeling a bit let down by the ending...they definitely could have wrapped it up better. But good anyway, and I'd recommend it to anyone!
her mom is hilarious, she padlocked her in the house just b/c she wants to date a guy whose 24. well it was hilarious at first until she called the police & got him arrested. she's braver than me for doing it b/c even though my mom wouldn't care i'd never tell her about a younger guy.
This drama is really subtle, but it's so sweet. It was a nice reprieve from super-loaded, over-the-top dramas, and it definitely ranks among my favorites. I would recommend it to anyone. <3
I wasn't sure about it in the beginning... but as the series continued, I truely fell in love with this couple!!! I wish there weren't such harsh rules about age gaps in the asian culture, but it's true. The actors were great, and the chemistry was fantastic...!
This story revolves around a 33 year old woman and her best friend's 24 year old brother who falls in love with her and who she has known since childhood. Due to the age gap, this relationship is up against family, friends, other love interests and pitfalls that occur in life. While trying to figure out if what they share is really love, the couple faces the dilemma of whether to end what they have or to continue on and just cherish the happy moments for as long as they can.
I was surprised at how much I liked this series. Go Hyun Jung and Chun Jung Myung, who actually have a 10 year gap in age, were excellent as the couple. Go Hyun Jung's performance was so natural and flawless. All of the supporting cast had a great chemistry and played their roles superbly.
woah..a not typical kind of romance, but no matter how young or old you are, or in which generation this drama won't fail to impress you. full with fun, humor and life lessons which could not be impossible to happen in real life. Chun Jung Myung and Ko Hyun Jung paired up so well. One of my favorite dramas that you won't bother to watch all over again..and again. CJM is a promising actor! Love him!
The story was good. The message was clear, The ending was Lame! there seemed to be so many loose ends, all the characters were left hanging, there was no resolution, it was like the writers got tired and just wanted to end it! It is such a shame, I actually enjoyed watching the two leads, and I wanted to see what happened to Jun Hee. I am feeling quite unsatisfied, however I am glad I watched it, I'm giving a star each for the two leads and Jun Hee and the Poison guy :) It is still a sweet story, I just think it could have been fleshed out a little more.
What does age have to do with love, as long as both are over 21 why not love and be happy will you live on this earth. I am all for love who every that might be!
