For fans of Sign, Soul, or any criminal procedural show, comes a new twisted dark drama on OCN. This tightly-plotted drama follows a prosecutor who uses his vampiric abilities to solve murder cases. Starring Yeon Jung Hoon of Jejoongwon and Lee Young Ah of Baker King Kim Tak Goo.

Min Tae Yeon (Yeon Jung Hoon) isn't your typical vampire or your typical prosecutor. Rather than drinking blood from innocent strangers, he opts for blood sold on the black market in the posh bars of Seoul. He also has the uncanny ability to tell where the victim of his cases died, and how they died based on their blood's smell and taste. The only person who knows of his secret ability is Detective Hwang Soon Bum (Lee Won Jong). They end up working together in a new joint department between police and prosecutors solving murder cases. They are joined by rookie prosecutor Yoo Jung In (Lee Young Ah), and intern Cho Dong Man.

Together, they solve murder cases, and Tae Yeon must use his "powers" to find leads on seemingly unsolvable cases. The one mystery he can't solve is: who was the vampire/serial killer that changed him seven years ago?

Sink your teeth into this drama (lame pun intended) --it's so good! Vampire Prosecutor is inherently an investigative procedural with a supernatural twist. Our leading man uses his Vampiric prowess to solve violent crimes. The truth is in the blood--a taste of a victim's blood shows him glimpses of the last moments before death. Thrilling, sympathetic and so fresh--this show is a pleasure to watch. The biggest mystery surrounds Prosecutor Min Tae Yoon, tragic past in tow, who was turned into a Vampire under murky circumstances by his mysterious sire. We're given juicy tidbits of clues along the way, and episodes get more interesting as characters continue to develop and the story gains depth. Top ratings for this innovative new drama, one of the best I've seen. Prosecutor Min Tae Yoon is such a boss in the season finale--twists & plot developments kept coming up until the very end! Season 2, hurry up...we want more, please!

very good directing, realization... very modern editing. very solid stories. very good acting. if you don't like crime scenes, avoid this show... since it's a vampire story, you can guess without watching what his abilities are but this shouldnt stop you from watching. each episode has it's own chore and there is one main story that connects all the episodes... i like this kind of format because it allows you to see a greater cast (like in Sign, for example). i loved this... 5 stars! =)

I was scared with that whole two minute car chase...but then it got funny lol I like it so far. Plus the vampire is hot! --Wow I am on episode 5 and now I can see a future for this show. It just keeps getting better and I hope that this turns into a long series so we can watch it for a long time. Its like watching Law and Order: vampire version and I can't help but be addicted. OMG episode 6 was so funny I think I laughed the whole hour. I love this show. Fingers crossed for a long series. :D--- Episode 8 I finally realize how much I like Prosecutor Yoo she is so funny. Being respected and part of the team is really important to her. I love it!!
