Temptation of an Angel starring Bae Soo Bin, Han Sang Jin, and Lee So Yeon
A spin-off of sensationally popular family drama Wife's Temptation, Angel's Temptation uses the same writer (Kim Soon Ok) and boasts the same exciting revenge theme as the hit 2008 drama. With an entirely different plot however, it becomes the "male version" of the drama, and stars Han Sang Jin and Bae Soo Bin as pre-and-post revenge-driven versions of the same man. Lee So Yeon (Spring Waltz, Dong Yi) is the woman who drives them to madness in this successful drama.
After her parents are killed and her family ruined by the wealthy Shin family, Joo Ah Ran (Lee So Yeon) vows to get her revenge. She successfully seduces the son of the Shin family, Hyun Woo (Han Sang Jin), and the two are married in an elaborate ceremony. Although Hyun Woo is a good husband, Ah Ran soon begins her revenge by having an affair. After being the victim of a terrible car accident, Hyun Woo ends up in a coma. Upon waking up, he learns of his wife's evil plot and her adultery, and is transformed into the revenge-driven Ahn Jae Sung (Bae Soo Bin). He undergoes massive plastic surgery and re-enters Ah Ran's life as Jae Sung, poised to destroy her as she destroyed him...

I enjoyed Bae Soo Bin in a top roll. Lee So Yeon is best when she portrays a woman you love to hate. The revenge went a bit over the top towards the end and there was sooooo much crying.....it began to be numbing. It was worth watching, however, to see how it all played out.

Even with all its seriousness, some of the over the top scenes has got to be the funniest acting and lines I've ever experienced. I loved it.

I decided to give this a chance and was nicely surprised how great it was. Every character had some bad in them some more than others but this is more like true life than most shows i have seen lately. I would recommend this to anyone if you want a mature show watch this.

I thought episoded 19 and 20, where the two sides would not forgive, and the back and forth revenging...got a little too sick and twisted. The rest of the drama was probably over-dramatized, more along the lines of an American soap opera... where the twists keep coming. But the story was still good overall. The morals portrayed in this show were not the best... and the suicide in the end was so wrong and self serving. But who am I to judge?

Can I be the only one with no sympathy for Aran? The wrong people were originally affected. So reminds me of my ex husband's "Anyone will do" mentality. Watch with caution. I only gave it a 3 star because Bae Soo Bin was in it.

I enjoyed it. Although, the plot had allot of flaws that should have been worked out before production, overall was great. It was not like a movie that i was thirsty to watch and couldn't wait to watch but I enjoyed it overall.

I loved this drama, it had it's shortcomings like any show but overall it was great. I was thoroughly entertained and was sad to see it end. The ending was tragic and made me cry but I'm partial to melodramas anyway lol. If your only into dramedy/romantic comedy type shows I wouldn't recommend it, but if your a fan of melodramas you'll love it.

This drama started off like a soap opera/who dun it of old. If the viewer does not get turned off at the beginning and keep watching they will find this to be an interesting story with lots of twists and turns.I was hoping for a happier ending for Aran and her husband at the end.
