Lawyers of Korea starring Lee Sung Jae and Lee Soo Kyung

Han Min-Gook (Lee Sung Jae), a multi-billionaire, and Lee Ae-Ri (Han Eun Jung), a famous actress, have just attained a headline-making divorce. Now, Ae-Ri wants to sue her ex-husband for billions of dollars in alimony. Woo Yi-Kyung (Lee Soo Kyung of Soulmate), a rookie lawyer and close friend of Ae-Ri, has just started her own practice who expects to be the one to take the case. Instead, Ae-Ri demands the best lawyer in the business, Byun Hyuk (Ryu Soo Young), a rising star specializing in divorce cases and also happens to be Yi-Kyung's ex-boyfriend.

Billionaire Min-Gook, meanwhile, not about to let his ex-wife have it all her way, hatches a plot to hire his wife's best friend to be his lawyer. Soon, the ex-husband-and-wife and ex-lovers find themselves on opposing sides in the country's most famous court case. When Yi-Kyung begins to fall for her high-powered client and Byun Hyuk's relationship with Ae-Ri becomes a little closer than taste allows, the distance between the hearts, the wallets, and the professional ethics of these four people becomes increasingly difficult to judge.

Miss Woo Yi Kyung (female attorney) broke the biggest rule among friends and for that reason, this drama can only get a 3 star rating at best. Plus, the lead guy was not charming at all. He seemed like an old, crusty, grouchy fuddy-duddy who constantly complained with that frog in his throat voice. How can anyone be drawn to him?. If Ryu Soo Young was not in this drama, it would have gotten the boot long ago. I love watching him. He's always charming and has a great smile. Why wasn't he the lead guy?

Another delightful drama. Lots of twists and turns. An excellent cast. Lee Sung Jae was perfect as the president. Lee Soo Kyung as Lawyer Woo greatly added to the success of this enjoyable drama. It ended quite differently to how I thought things would be resolved.

I enjoyed watching this drama twice. There is a lot of warmth in each character which was heartwarming to see develop. I also liked that everything wasn't black

I loved the casual aspects of the lead character - bare feet, sitting on top of chairs, etc… a rule breaker- living outside the social acceptable. I still like this show, better than other shows imbalanced behaviors. Thank you writers. i still like the bare feet.

This is really ridiculous. The female lawyer is annoying...billionaire guy????.. I do not know if I can make it to episode 16 or not. No, I did not and had to jump to episode 16 to find a reason to go back to episode 7 but sadly.... I am speechless with this kind of story line.

I sincerely gave this show a try up to ep 6 but my goodness it's a calamity. Sure you get some laughs here and there but can we pls see some real lawyers in action? I am barely hanging on to finish ep 6...aigooo

Actors were great plot was nicely planned out except that it took byun the entire show to finally tell us why he was gone for 6 yrs but he still could have written her a letter once in awhile. I don't get the macho thing. lawyer woo didn't either saying it was a coward's way out. both guys were so hot and actresses were pretty but I'm a woman so I like the hot guys better. anyway good show
