The Snow Queen (눈의 여왕)

This drama brings together two of Korea's biggest stars—Hyun Bin and Sung Yu Ri—in an epic romance loosely based on the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale of the same name. Hoping to help his poverty stricken family, math genius Tae Woong attends a prestigious high school, where he befriends fellow scholar, Jeong Kyu. After losing an important math competition, Jeong Kyu commits suicide and Tae Woong is plagued by guilt. Eight years later, Tae Woong struggles to survive as a third-rate boxer under the fake name, Deuk Ga. He is hired as a chauffeur to a troubled rich girl and begins to fall for her. When the same girl is revealed to be Tae Woong's long lost childhood love, as well as Jeong Kyu's sister, Tae Woong must face his demons in order to put his life back together and help the woman he loves.
