Go Mi Nam (played by Park Shin Hye) has never interacted with the "real world". After she and her identical twin brother are abandoned as children, she grows up in a convent. Today, she is training to become a nun. After her brother successfully auditions to become the newest member of pop group A.N.JELL, all that changes. With her brother suddenly disappearing to the U.S. to reverse botched plastic surgery, his manager, desperately decides to enlist Mi Nam to act as her brother until he recovers. Mi Nam is unwilling to give up on the dreams of one of them becoming famous and finding their mother, and reluctantly agrees.
The innocent almost-nun has no idea what she's in for, particularly with Hwang Tae Kyung (Jang Geun Seuk), the neurotic, prickly leader of the band who opposes her joining the band. When the other members, kind Shin Woo and lovable Jeremy, fall under the spell of their apparently male new member, things start to get complicated. When she herself starts to feel strange sensations toward reserved, perfectionist Tae Kyung, who has his own set of parental issues, chaos ensues...
Punctuated with original music and propelled by the pitch-perfect performances of its main leads, You're Beautiful is an enjoyable romp from start to finish.

I think this show has too much hype to it! I watched the entire thing but there were a lot of moments when I questioned myself. Why am I watching this? It would be a great starter drama for someone getting into dramas but I would not watch it again.

This show is amazing! I can't say enough about it. I've never seen a better show. This show made me fall in love with Korean Dramas & Jang Geun Suk. I will always love it!

ahhhhhhhhhhh, it's both romantic and comedic! I luv the way it's twisted and I also luv how taeysung twists his mouth around. It's so funny. Poor shinwoo. And that witch of an actress soo. I hate her, curse her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just finished episode 11 outta 16 and I'm not sure how it's going to end. But it better be a happily ever after story.!!

I like the entire movie except the ending. The ending sucked. She goes off to Africa to do missionary work? what kind of work is that? with no experience and she is not a real Nun? what the hell. Why? she's not good enough to stay? go to school and become a music teacher or a singer. Then marry him? That's why I did not give this a 4 or five star rating. IT's Obvious they love one another-Oh and his mother, I would never forgive her. I would just live pitying her but never forgive her.

Jang Geun Suk comes in second to Kim Jae Wook for my favorite Korean actors, but I think Lee Hong Ki aka Jeremy just stole 3rd place. Jeremy was just awesome to watch the entire time. I will forever say this, Jang Geun Suk has the cutest smile in the world! I only watch this because of Jang Geun Suk, but I didn't like him too much until the end. Him always moving his lips around cracked me up for some reason. And I think he looked like a vampire most of the time. I also love genderbender dramas and anime. The second Korean Drama I ever watched was Coffee Prince (which by the way is awesome!). I never really for Shin Woo and I don't really feel sorry for him either. He was too indirect. Very good drama! I loved every minute of it!
