More Than Love starring John Lloyd Cruz, Bea Alonzo, Anne Curtis, and Sam Milby

In this critically-acclaimed primetime Filipino romantic melodrama, love is tested by economic barriers and masochistic revenge. No matter how good it feels, can a relationship survive that is founded on lies? Is it possible to escape the shadow of vindictive and powerful parents?

Jackie (played by Bea Alonzo) seems to have a perfect life -- beauty, wealth, and the love of a prominent fiancé. Her status, however, makes her a target for kidnappers who are driven by economic desperation. When the kidnapping goes awry, her family believes Jackie to be dead. Jackie is actually unharmed, and in fact begins to fall for Eli (John Lloyd Cruz), a humble student and brother of one of the kidnappers. In one of many unpredictable plot twists, Jackie loses her memory, forgetting all about Eli and returning to her former home. At first, her father Don Fidel (Christopher de Leon) is overjoyed to have Jackie home, but soon he wants revenge on the men who kidnapped his daughter.

All of this is just prelude to the hairpin twists and turns of More Than Love's devious and crowd-pleasing plot. Among other awards, More Than Love was named one of the country's 10 Most-Liked TV Programs in 2007.

This is a really good drama...trust me I watched this on ABS-CBN (filipina) and the acting will probably be more believable in Tagalog. This drama is one of the best in the Philippines that it got a part two.

Maybe it's the dubbing, but this is a very cheesy melodrama. It's so bad that it's actually pretty good. (Okay, I've watched a bit more. The acting is terrible, but it's still watchable.)

This program would have been so much better had they kept it in its original Tagalog language version and just had English subtitles. The power and emotions are lost with the dubbing. Still hoping that Book 2 of this Teleserye is added on to DramaFever.

It's a pity that this drama is dubbed. This is a really good teleserye worth subbing. I really suggest getting the subtitled version from ABS-CBN. It's always the same group of people who dub teleseryes from Filipino to English and kdramas from Korean to Filipino. The thing is the voiceovers don't really give you a good sense of what the real actors are saying and the real emotions don't come out well. I want to hear the actors in the language they speak in and feel and see the real emotions. Please upload subbed versions instead.

I was expecting to hear a familiar language .. then all of sudden it was dubbed in english .. with a freakin' accent so cute. This is a very nice show .. I highly recommend this.

I can't believe that they post a philippine drama here in dramafever which is flattering. However, I'm not used to listening in a dubbed drama.. I prefer that it much better to hear it in their original voices and language and subbed it.

Each actor for each role fit right into the character portrayed. This is my best Filipino drama so far. Cannot wait for release of remaining episodes. PLEASE HURRY!!! Would appreciate it very much when the last episodes: Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik will be aired, hope it will be soon, to complete storyline. All other movie-tv drama (Japanese and Korean) series aired are complete on dramafever channel, why not this movie/tv series? Please air additional and/or complete episodes. Thank you.... This is my go to Filipino drama ever...I have watched this series at least 3 times. Any possibility of airing remaining episodes? If so, please release remaining episodes soon. Thank you dramafever.
