Focusing on the unloved stepsister instead of the "Cinderella", Cinderella's Sister is a psychologically complex and dark take on the fairy tale.
Eun Jo has grown up with no illusions about fairy tales or happy endings. After her father died when she was young, her mother's choices have kept them living the low life. Her life seems about to change however when the daughter of a rich man, decides that she wants Eun-Jo's mother to marry her rich father. Eun-Jo seems to finally have a chance at a stable home and a normal life, but her naive and spoiled new sister, Hyo-Seon is the center of all the attention.
The only person who accepts Eun-Jo for who she is is Ki-Hoon (Chun Jung Myung), an employee at her step-father's company. The two forge a deep bond, but Hyo-Seon, who adores Ki-Hoon, is furious. Ki-Hoon and Eun-Jo are soon separated, and when they meet again in adulthood, tragedy and misunderstanding will continue to divide them.

I really like this Drama, I don't like the step sister or the mother... they're both whores but I like Eun Jo a lot.

Almost done with the movie. Really enjoy it. Almost done and its the third day. Haha, Can't wait too see what's going to happen at the end.

it was a good the 13 episodes that i actually watched but i got really bored i liked the first few episodes I hate the leads for the way they act. I really thought this drama would be good i'll probably stop watching it now -___-' I hate giving up on dramas .

I found this drama dragged on to much and that the sisters were to extreme in their ways.

I really liked the father, and all of the characters had good moments. However, the show dragged, and I lost patience with both girls, who were too extreme. I wanted the prickly daughter to be stronger and her stepsister to overcome whatever mental defect caused her behavior. The acting is decent for the genre, but I guess this sort of melodrama is not for me.

Excellent story and superb acting by all. The only part hard for me was the constant crying which left me drained because I was crying along with the actors. I only wished that Taec Yeon had a better ending for him too. Oh well, when he left Eun Jo, he became a beast idol in Seoul. HaHa...I still loved the drama. I recomment it to those who like melodramas. I'm more into romantic comedies. Also, the adults in the show are so evil to their offspring, except for the actor who played the father, he was so kind and forgiving to everyone.
