Han Geon Soo, the young owner of a struggling plastic surgery clinic struggles to keep his business alive and the loan sharks at bay after his father suddenly dies leaving him with a mountain of debts. He enlists the help of Choi Yong Woo, a brilliant, short-tempered surgeon, who owes a debt of thanks to his father. Both men find themselves falling for beautiful young nurse, So Yi Hyun who is torn between the two men. Not a drama I watch for hours on end but it is at time hilarious and at times quite sad. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

[SPOILER]this started slowly but got more interesting as the characters unveil their true nature... good perf from actors... i love Hong Ji Min, she's so funny!^^ So Yi Hyeon has a real comedic power and she can act dramatic moments well too. i think she's a natural actress. she conveys emotions really well, i love her!^^ the ending is soso... i love Geon Su's story ending but why the f$&% does Dr Choi come back??? plus nurse Gi Nam doesnt make any choice!!! WTF!!! i give 3 and 1/2 stars overall...

I only watched Episode 1 and I got sick after. WARNING: People who are planning to watch this you would need to have the ability to be immune to watch plastic surgery or any kind of surgery. It will have some sort of display for you and will get you sick. If you don't have a strong stomach , I suggest that you don't want it. :3 I only watched Episode 1 and didn't want to watch it after. I got sick and I felt really really really disgusted. ;3 So even though I couldn't finish it , I rate it 3 stars.

I run my computer LR audio thru a mixing board, and so far, EP 2 and now EP 7, the audio is strange. All audio, dialog, is sent to the Left side, while BG audio (No Dialog) is sent to the Right. Very strange as the sound effects such as doors and footsteps appear on both but no dialog on the right side and delayed is offset too much. I don't like it nor agree with this separation, and as an AV tech I don't know how they separated the dialog from the natural sound in the room other than somehow reversing the phase 180 degrees on the vocals/dialog. Very strange. Other than that , I like the overall story. They tend to get two patients together somehow in the end of at least 2 EP, so happy ending for them.

this is a nice short drama. it has comedy, romance, and some serious aspects to it. plus so yi hyun is in it which is always a plus, because she's so cheery and adorable in most of her shows

Before I watched this, I was hesitant due to the aversion I have to plastic surgery (or any kind of cutting and ewww) anyway, After I watched I was glad I did. They really did a great job in showing the warmth of the human spirit in these episodes where beauty is at the forefront. I loved the episode with Park Kyeong Rim in it, she told her mother-in-law that she wasn't so hot to look at either. >-< *kukukukuku* I would watch it if you can push through the surgery scenes. Thumbs way up!

I'm so glad I found this drama! I started watching it after falling in love with Lee Jin Wook from Spy Myung Wol. I was pleasantly surprised to find So Yi Hyun from Heartstrings in it too! their characters are so bright and cheery here! it's worth a watch just for the actors' acting abilities. yes, the plastic surgery can be a bit gross, but it's all fake but realistic. this drama makes you think about the meaning of true beauty. give it a try! :)
