Biography

Oscar Ferreiro is an Argentinian actor who was born on August 28th, 1945 in Buenos Aires. He became well known because he exceled especially in the villain roles throughout various TV series. He shined for his performance in the soap opera Montecristo, where he played a Dictator and baby kidnapper called Alberto Lombardo and in Ricos y Famosos, as Luciano Salerno, a corrupted businessman linked to politics.

Oscar also participated in a TV series called Alta Comedia and in a couple of episodes of Unitario Sociales, which was his last job in small screen. In cinema he is remembered for his villain role in Tiempo de valientes. Oscar also acted in several theater plays like El deseo bajo los olmos de Eugene O’neil, where he plays the leading role. Later on he passed away on June 17th, 2009.
