Biography

Han Jung Soo is a Korean actor who was born on November 20th, 1974 in Seoul, South Korea. He studied theater at the Seoul Institute of the Arts in order to hone his acting skills. Then, in 2003, he got his first acting job when he was cast to play a part in the movie Tube. He continued to do movies, acting in Hypnotized in 2004 and Sunflower in 2006, before he made the switch to television, where his career really blossomed.

In 2007, he took his first television show roles. He acted in the shows The Devil, Conspiracy in the Court and The King and I. In 2008, he took a part on the extremely popular show Painter of the Wind. The show’s success helped to boost his own success. In 2010, he was cast to play a part in the television show Chuno. Again, the show was a hit with fans.

Since Chuno, he has continued to have notable parts on many of Korea’s most popular television shows. He acted on Prosecutor Princess in 2010, and then on The Fugitive: Plan B the same year. He followed those roles with parts on successful shows such as Poseidon and Arang and the Magistrate.
