Biography

Han Ye Seul is a Korean actress who was born with the name Kim Ye Seul Yi in Los Angeles, California. She was raised in the United States, but she has a strong South Korean background, and speaks both English and Korean fluently. She is sometimes known by her American name, Leslie Kim. When she realized that she wanted to be a model and actress, she moved to South Korea to begin her career.

Han Ye Seul won a model competition in 2001 and was soon asked to do many different commercials. This success soon led to her acting debut on the television show Nonstop 4 in 2003. That same year, she appeared on the show Breathless. In 2004, she got a large role on the fantasy television series Forbidden Love. The show’s unique story line and romance were a hit with fans, and helped to make her more popular.

Han Ye Seul furthered her career by starring in the show Couple or Trouble in 2006. She then starred in her first film, Miss Gold Digger, in 2007. In 2009, she starred in the show Will It Snow for Christmas? Most recently, in 2011, she played the lead in Spy Myung Wol, a popular romantic comedy.
