Biography
Hwang Shin-hae was born December 15, 1963 in Seoul, South Korea. She started her career in college while studying to become a flight attendant. She had her debut in 1983 in the TV Drama Father and Son and became known as " the most perfect face in Korea ". She quickly rose to celebrity status in 1987 when she acted in her first film, a melodrama by Bae Chang-ho, Our Sweet Days of Youth. Her character was a divorced woman who meets her true love and marries him.
She is well known for her style and is considered to be one of the most stylish women in the world; she is teased by her social media fans as being a collector of Hermes bags. She recently did a photo shoot with InStyle magazine with her daughter, Park Ji Young. These pictures were the public’s first ever glimpse of her 14 year old daughter. It’s clear that her daughter has her mother’s beauty. People were amazed by the ironic appearance of the two beauties; Shin Hae who looks too young to be 48 and Ji Young who looks very mature for 14 years old. It will be interesting to see how Ji Young’s career blossoms under her mother’s tutelage.
