Biography

Joo Hyun is a Korean actor born on March 1, 1941. His Zodiac Sign is Pisces and he was born in the year of the snake. The 71 year old actor has starred in a large number of romantic dramas and comedies. He got his start on the 20 episode television drama Lie in 1998.

Joo Hyun starred in 20 television productions from 1998 to 2008. Most of his roles portray him as a father figure in melodramatic styles. His characters usually add to the story, rather than being the focus of the story.

Some of his roles include Kye Pil's father on Thirty Thousand Miles in Search of My Son, Tak Song Baek on Let's Get Married, and Choi Hyun Doo on Blissful Woman. His latest project is the 2008 series Why Did You Come to My House? where he plays Mi Soo's father in the romantic comedy drama.
