Biography
Born in 1977, Kim Hee Sun debuted as an Actress on the TV drama Dinosaur Teacher in 1993. In 2005, she earned her bachelor's degree in Drama at Chung-Ang University after 10 years of study. Some of her successes include roles in the following dramas during the 1990s: Mister Q, Propose the Color White, Tomato, Sunflower , To the End of the World.
These dramas helped her enter into contracts for commercials, fashion Modeling. In the 2000s, Kim Hee Sun was popular for her roles in Sad Love Story , Smile Again. Besides television, she built her film portfolio too. She starred alongside Jang Dong-Gun in the movie Repechage in 1997.
In 2000, She received more parts due to her role in Bichunmoo, which launched her career for a larger presence in Asia. She starred alongside Jackie Chan in 2005's The Myth. In 2011, Kim Hee Sun also starred in another Chinese movie The Warring States.
After a hiatus from television due to her film career, Kim returned to the small screen in the 2012 drama Faith alongside popular Actor Lee Min-Ho. Kim married a businessman in 2007, gave birth to a daughter in 2009.
