Biography

Kim Jung Eun is a Korean actress who has had a long and varied career. She was born on March 4, 1976 in Seoul, South Korea. She began acting in 1995 when she played a part in the film My Old Sweetheart. In 1997, she played a character on her first television show, which was called Star in My Heart.

Throughout the 1990s, she had small parts in shows such as Sunflower and Days of Delight. Then, in the 2000s, fans and critics began to take more notice of her true acting abilities and likeable personality. In 2002 she starred in the movie Marrying the Mafia, which was a huge hit in the box office. The following year she got another lead role in a movie, which was called Mr. Butterfly.

In 2004, she starred on the television series Lovers in Paris. Her acting was highly praised. She then went on to star in shows which would become very popular with viewers such as Lovers and I Am Legend. In 2008, she began hosting her own music show, called Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate. As of 2012, she is acting in two new television shows, called Korean Peninsula and Ohlala Couple.
