Biography

Kim Min Jung was born in South Korea in 1982. She began her career in 1988, in an episode of MBC Best Theater called Widow. Kim Min Jung quickly rose to fame. She soon moved on to many other television roles and became one of the most popular child stars of her time. In 1993 she made her film debut in Kid Cop. She has since starred in several films including Whispering Corridors, The Best, Bus Stop, Project X, Flying Boys, Forbidden Quest, and The Scam.

In 2004 she won the MBC New Actress Award. She also maintained her education at the same time, attending Hanyang University in the Department of Theater and Film. She also maintained a strong television career at the same time. She has appeared in over fifteen television shows over the course of her career so far. Most recently, she has starred in The 3rd Hospital.
