Biography

Kim Yong-gun is an actor from South Korea that has been in 18 different films and 30 different television shows. He is a very talented, hard working, actor.

The difference in each character that he has portrayed from one of his first films Myeongdong Wanderer (1969) to one of his latest films Take Off (2009) will show you just how talented an actor he is and how much he loves acting. In fact, he shares his loves of acting with his two sons Ha Jung-woo and Cha Hyun-woo, who both have a very bright future.

In 2008, Kim Yong-gun won an award as Best Supporting actor in the film Mom’s Dead Upset and best couple award in the film Mom’s Dead Upset with actress Jang Mi-hee. Both awards were awarded to him from KBS Drama Awards. He also won a Special Award in 2001 from MBS Drama awards.

Kim Yong-gun is very loved by his fans and they look forward to seeing what he will bring to the world of acting next.
