Biography
Lee Chung Ah broke into the silver screen in 2002 and has not looked back since her supporting role in The Resurrection of the Little Match Girl at the age of 18. Her break out role is considered to be the 2004 success Temptation of Wolves, her first lead role.
Since 2004 Lee Chung Ah has played several roles and even landed roles in acclaimed dramas. In 2005 she played the leading role in Summer Beach. She has also had supporting roles in several more dramas as well as the film, The Good, The Bad and The Weird.
In 2011 Lee Chung Ah landed a lead role in Flower Boy Ramen Shop, a romantic comedy airing on the TvN network. The show deals with a family who owns and operates a ramen shop close to a college campus. The young workers must deal with their business, their family and the influx of attractive college girls.
The show has been a breakout success and even spawned a cartoon spinoff. Her role has been honored with awards for her work.
