Biography

Lee Jin Wook is a Korean actor who was best known for his role in Spy Myung Wol. Born in Cheongju, North ChungCheong Province, South Korea, he originally went to college to pursue a career in environmental engineering, but soon quit in order to focus on acting. In 2002, he began appearing in music videos. His first true role was in the short film My New Boyfriend in 2004. In 2005, he made his first appearance on the television show Best Theater.

In 2006, Lee Jin Wook got a big role on the television show Alone in Love. He then took one of the lead roles on the show Smile Again that same year. Fans and critics soon began to take notice of his acting abilities. In 2007, he got one of the lead roles on the show Air City, which told the story of a woman’s romantic entanglements.

In 2008, Lee Jin Wook took three roles on television shows, including playing a business man on the fan favorite Glass Castle. Then, after two years with few roles, he took one of the lead roles on the popular new show Spy Myung Wol, which featured romance and intrigue. In 2012, he began work on I Need Romance 2012.
