Biography
Lee Jong Hyun is a Korean actor and musician who was born in Busan, South Korea on May 15, 1990. He spent part of his childhood in Japan but his family moved back to South Korea when he was in middle school. In 2009, he got together with three friends and created the band CN Blue. He is the songwriter, vocalist and lead guitarist for the group. The band first started as an indie band in Japan before it debuted in South Korea.
CN Blue has been a big success with fans. Since their debut in 2009, the band has released three Japanese albums, a Korean album and six EPs, in both Japan and Korea.
In 2010, he decided to try his hand at acting as well as being a musician. He landed a large role in the film Acoustic. The film consists of three episodes, and he stars in the Bakery Attack segment. The film was a hit with fans, and helped him get his next acting role, this time on the television show A Gentleman’s Dignity in 2012. The show has been a success with viewers.
