Biography

Lee Si Young is a Korean actress who has also dabbled in singing and modeling, and is a highly respected boxer. Lee Si Young was born Lee Eun Rae on April 17th, 1982. She first started acting seriously in 2008, when she had a role on the television series called The Kingdom of the Winds. That same year, she also appeared on the television show The Person is Coming.

The following year, in 2009, she expanded her acting resume. She appeared in two movies and in three television shows, including Boys Over Flowers. Boys Over Flowers, which was based on a very successful Japanese comic, was also a huge success in Korea and helped to propel her to stardom. After filming the show, critics began to take note of her abilities; she gained a loyal fan following.

Since 2009, she has acted in another four television shows, three movies. She has also appeared on variety shows, music videos. She also sometimes helps to write lyrics for songs. She also sings some of the songs on the soundtracks for the shows she has appeared in. In addition, she has always continued her career as an amateur boxer. She has won several titles in her weight division.
