Biography

Park Si Yeon is a Korean actress who was born Park Mi Seon in Busan, South Korea. As a child she was very shy, so her parents put her into singing classes in order to boost her confidence. During high school and college, her acting career was always in the back of her mind, but since she was studying hard and living in the United States, she had little time to pursue it.

In the early 2000s, Park Si Yeon entered several beauty contests in Korea, and placed well. She also began circulating pictures of herself in order to gain the attention of agents and entertainment companies. At first, she caught the attention of Chinese agencies, and acted in three different Chinese television shows. For her first Korean acting job, she was given a large role on the television series My Girl in 2005.

In 2006, she acted in her first movie, a film called The Fox Family. In 2007, she took the lead role in another movie called A Love. The following year, she starred in a television show called La Dolce Vita. Following that, she starred in two more movies and several television shows, including her most recent show, Nice Guy, which is already a hit with fans.
