Biography

Song Hye Gyo is a Korean Actress who started her performance career at an early age. She was born on November 22nd, 1981 in Daegu, South Korea. In her third year of high school, she won a Modeling contest. It was this that brought her into the limelight. That same year, she landed her first two acting jobs, appearing on two television shows.

The following year, she appeared in a music video. The next year, in 1998, she had roles on six different television shows. She began attending college, but soon dropped out to focus solely on her career. In 2000, she got her biggest break when she was cast to play a role on the hit television series Autumn In My Heart. Fans, critics soon fell in love with her acting abilities.

She appeared in two television series in 2001,, then landed another job in a popular show All In in 2003. During this time, she also began acting in movies. Her first film role was in the movie My Girl, I in 2005. Since then, she has acted in five other films,, a new movie called Love, Let Love is planned.
