With a mix of an excellent prosecution drama, humor, character development, and vampires VP was a blast. Despite my reservations. There are some fatal flaws, but there's a reason it is the most talked about 2012 K-drama.
Obviously this is going to be an amazing romance (even though the MV kind of spoiled things). I am in. Though I wonder how I'll like it once the epic love story is over and the son's journey begins?
Faith has been my first real taste of historical. Despite claims that this one is "slow" and "none existing plots" I find Faith to be the most engaging well thought out historical drama I've started. I've faithfully (pun intended) watch every episode as it releases. Between political treachery and plotting, a beautiful--and dare I say tragic--romance I've been simply over taken. I had a few issues with the lead. True she's pulled into a feudal world were death and tragic events occur, but I feel the way she coped was unreal, over acted. Once she finally becomes "adjusted" I love her. I wasn't a fan girl of Lee Min Ho going in--it took me forever to even realize who he was--but I am a fan now!! He plays the anguish of the character well, while still managing to be careless. Sure he's another brooding man candy character but he's done well and I enjoy the way he plays his famous historical role. I've ended up loving all the characters. (Best K-Drama kisses I have seen! Perfect buildup.)
