This drama is.........different. Now that can be a good or bad thing depending on what you are looking for. It's bad if you want a lot of indepth character development that makes sense. But it's good if you like simple formulaic plot premises. This drama is a "love it" or "hate it" experience. If you can watch two episodes and eagerly turn on the third, you're going to love the rest of the series! Otherwise you're in for the *surprise* of your life and you'll soon find yourself hating a lot of the characters and the way they act given the circumstances of their lives. The acting is not very good. At some point you will have a hard time believing that the kids are really as young as they make them seem and that the adults in the show are really adults. Watch this show for fun don't watch it hoping for it to get better.

These videos are a great supplementary learning tool for learning the Chinese language. I would love to see one for Japanese, Korean or Cantonese as well!
