Will Dramafever continue subbing Strong Heart? If not, please let your viewers know. Its aggravating checking other sub teams to see if it is up or not and i was glad to know that this reliable site was subbing it.
Maddymappo hits it right on the head, but I give it a higher rating because of potential. Because of the recent dramas that have similar plot like Time Slip Dr. Jin and others, the theme has a lack of originality. The casting of Lee Min Ho was spot on. His acting is above average but he has the looks to shine through. The drama needs a more dynamic female lead though and I hope that it doesnt drag down the storyline too much. The dialogue is very weak in comparison to other action kdramas (see Bridal Mask). The backdrops are very nice and the background music is passable. It's a good start but I hope it gets better. If Lee Min Ho was played by anyone (and I mean ANYONE) else, this drama might be forgettable..
What a breath of fresh air!!! The story is splendid and well-paced. The acting was above average considering the light-hearted material. The drama isn't weighty on having a "nemesis" or an "evil step-mom" like most other dramas use as plot-devices, but nurtures the idea of friendship and creating strong bonds, as its main theme. I think that that is why this drama is so refreshing. Soundtrack is above average seeing as 2 of the songs are in the kpop top 20 as of me typing this review. Only a couple of gripes on this one. First, they rehashed a LOT of the backdrops. So much so that I was foretelling where the next scene would be, Secondly... SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT!!! Yoon and Meahri never kissed on the lips. Normally i could overlook this in a drama, but seeing as during the WHOLE drama, they were pining for each other and when they finally do get together, they just ... hug?!? kiss on the cheek?!? To me, that felt very disingenuous...
