A heartwarming story that portrays the struggle and triumph of a medical student. Typical medical situations, but excellent acting! You can't help but fall in love with all the medical students.

Watchable but immature storyline
Compared to City Hall, this story seems like a high school drama that appeals to new kdrama fans or a younger crowd. Nevertheless, still a cute show to watch if you are bored.

Enjoyable but runner-up to other medical dramas
Not as epic as White Tower and not as humanistic as Surgeon Bong Dal Hee. Good stories and character interactions.

This show gives Korean drama a bad reputation
of being cheesy and overly dramatic... sorry if you enjoyed it, but I'd rather watch City Hall five times repeatedly than finish this drama.

Great (if you haven't seen other medical dramas)
like The White Tower or Surgeon Bong Dal Hee. All the characters are greatly exaggerated in how 'good' or 'evil' a person can be. This is not realistic as both good and evil tendencies can co-exist in a real person.... In general, it's enjoyable if you tend to like medical dramas.

Great compared to older dramas...
doesn't measure up to newer shows. Given that this was filmed 10 years ago, I was able to forgive a lot of things. mainly the stark contrast between the good and evil characters. However, it was very enjoyable.

For the teen in all of us
You have to either been a teenage fan girl or in a mood for sappy prince charming drama to enjoy this. Great OST. Love the songs!

Addicting and fun, but forgetable
Strong storyline and performance in general, but nothing incredible. Good solid drama that keeps you interested. Very easy to whip through episode after episode!

awesome if you start with low expectations
nothing about this drama stood out. You should only watch it if you've already seen other great dramas like City Hall, Coffee Prince, etc

Do NOT watch if you're not a fan of female lead
because this drama will make you dislike her even more.... too overly dramatic for my taste, but I can understand the hype. Instead, try Autumn Tale... same level of intensity but more tolerable characters

A newly converted Kim Sun Ah fan
The perfect mix of love and life, unlike My Name Is Kim Sam Soon which is mostly focused on the tribulations of love. City Hall has it all: love story, friendship, work troubles, funny and upbeat moments. But iif you are looking for a sappy, angst driven story this may not be your cup of tea. I was not a fan of Kim Sun Ah until this drama.

Perfect chemistry between male and female lead
which is the driving force of this drama. Typical story lines, but very enjoyable if you like the characters. The catchy and upbeat music was a plus!

Great looking actors
but terribly executed drama. I'm a big fan of all the actors/actresses, but I could not get through this slow moving story... especially if you've watched other (better) kdramas before

Hilarious and Emotional
This drama will have you laughing one moment and wiping your tears the next. Good acting with an interesting storyline. Definitely a watchable and lovable show!
