**SPOILERS**So Hitchcock like! Started watching this because of Lee Joon Hyuk that I loved in I am Legend and City Hunter! What a fantastic start! Oh! Episodes 3 and 4, cried buckets! could not even re-watch the beginning of 4. Downright Murder can never be justified! Episodes 3-6 were excellent. Just finished 7 and I have chills running down my spine! Episode 8, the excitement continues and Soo Mi continues to play the fool! Episode 9! Episode 9! Let the games begin!!!!!!!!!!! I am gleeful now! This is a 10 star performance! So addicting! I keep replaying the last 5 episodes! Never done that before! Epi 11 & 12 have blown me away! Soo Mi, Soo Mi! Love the painting collage! Such detail! Soo Mi, the matchmaker. Selfishly done but glad someone did. I had not expected that! Ep 14, Soo Mi, what a disappointment! EP 17 is epic! The ending wasn't as strong as it could have been. We don't know what happened to Jang Il. But why did Sun Woo (Uhm Tae Woong) look younger at the end he did throughout the whole show?
Talk about a wonderful child actor! This one is for you! Loved her role! So opposite of Thank You role! Kim Yoo Jung, I remember from Painter and Paradise. Loving this! Not for children, that's for sure. Sensing my child is in danger, not a strong trait of Mother gumihos! I have been so angry about the lack of revenge, so far. This could have been more affective in 10 episodes! But if you like supernatural, you will definitely like this one.
Imagine my surprise to see Jo Jung Suk who played Byung Gun from What's Up?! Talk about flipping the switch on acting. He definitely won't be type-casted! Wasn't what I was expecting but was pleasantly surprised. Episodes 5-6? Best yet! Assassination attempt will have her running back! I can't imagine anything he could say that would work! Episodes 11 & 12 are phenomenal!!!!!!!! I predicted the attempt would catapult Hang Ah back to her man! And can LSG wear some suits!!! Now on to the Captain and his Princess romance :-D Jae hae and his MacGyver moments showing off his 187 IQ! Eun Shi Kyung did us proud! I cannot even comment about ep 16-18! The emotions are too raw! A great ending for a great drama! It cannot get any better than this!
One of the best of all the new releases! Woah! episodes 3 and 4 blew me away! 5 and 6 were a comedic ride and story development period! Fantastic! Keep this up! Its been a stellar year in KDramaland! But then it starts to lose it brilliance for a couple of episodes. Glad that it started to get better and the Prince is seeing Se Na for what she is. Boy, I don't want a happy ending for her! From episodes 12 and on, this gets better and better! Great ending!
For Lee Joon Hyuk!! Yes!! Loving it so far. The brothers can't be any different from each other. Eo Young is super pitiful! Hard to watch her scenes. Hope this pitiful woman comes to her senses soon! Ah Yi Sang, you can arrest me anytime! Handcuffs and all!
After the ending, this does not deserve a rating! I want my life back! I will never watch this disgusting excuse for a drama again! SORRRY!! Who wrote this trash?!! They are on my permanent hit list!! WORSE DRAMA EVER!! I now have to change my ratings for a couple. They don't deserve to be rated the same as this TRASH!!
Then throw in a little martial arts and I am here to the end. BTW, the synopsis is wrong! Not bad. Story started out a little choppy but it has improved as you watch more episodes! I liked it up until episode 13 where its become super, super dark. Happy ending? No way in hell! After watching ep 16, I am just waiting for the next shoe to drop!!! Ok, Wauron is crazy! Great ending!
I am a fan of CSI and Criminal Minds so this crime drama fits right into this genre nicely. This is not strictly a romance, the romance is an after thought. Very well put together. I enjoyed it.
*SPOILERS MAY BE INCLUDED* I am just watching this for So Ji-Sub! What a handsome man! This is very, very good; almost great! Shin Hyun Joon plays evil well! Never watched him before Episode 18 is very poignant! Confirms to me why I always felt So Ji-Sub was a wonderful actor! Great ending, nice to see So Ji-Sub live for once.
YES!! Its here! Can't say I am overwhelmed but its watchable simply because JGS is in it. Of the season series, I only liked Spring Waltz so I am still holding out that I will like better but the 70's is so painfully sssssllllloooowwww! Its earned a star! Much more interesting after episode 4!I stand by my comments, Different strokes for different folks!
The one moment that got me was Beom Jin's parents. I cannot imagine ever being in that position! It was a very sad moment. Overall, the drama is not bad if you like this genre. If you are looking for a lot of action, romance; forget it. This does not have it. Most of the characters I am seeing for the first time so as far as acting, the jury is still out.
I like this better than Dream High which I desperately tried to like. Episode 9! The subs are all messed up! Had to go somewhere to watch it! The first 14 episodes were addicting; Make sure you watch all of episode 14 until the credits; I actually would have missed something. There always seems to be something after the previews for the next week! Sad its ended so soon. I would have been happy with 24 episodes! I plan on watching this again from start to finish! I MUST HAVE this OST! Loved the show stopper!
Love Dong Ah and Director Kim! One of my favorites, this is why people should not spoil their kids! The ex girlfriend, issues Housekeeper, issues! But this has to be one of the funniest dramas I have seen! I was so not familiar with Lee Si Young but I love her now! I did not even recognize her as the same one in Playful Kiss! Episode 14! What a shocker!! Loved the ending!
*SPOILER* Starting with Sung Sook; so gullible, downright stupid!! Can't even be mad at Ha Na at this point!! Na Hye Jung at least sees her for what she is. At first I did not think they could pull this off after the other sad ending, but I really like this! At episode 5, if Sung Sook don't slap Ha Na now, she deserves everything she gets! Sang Duk playing with Sung Woo was the height of my day :-D Last episodes were disappointing.
Great series that doved into the Korean family. I found it the most informative of the Korean culture. You could not help loving all of the couples. Its worth watching! :-D
I actually like this because its so different than the more modern dramas but being a relative newbie, am I the only one who dislikes Teacher Kang? His attitude of damn how she feels is grating on me! Overall, a very entertaining drama!
Interesting story lines. Not sure I would do that to a child. Talk about screwing up their psyche. This does remind me of Baker King! Is it just me, why do I favor Joon Young with Do Joon coupling more? There just is more chemistry! I hate fake In Joo more than Ms Baek.
Its hooked my interest. Liked Yoo Seung Ho in the movie Blind. I understand the premise of jumping back and forth some people don't understand! But that does get tedious. Funny how Yi Seul realized what the problem was. More like 3 1/2 stars
Story somewhat hard to follow but I simply equate that to not knowing the Korean history very well; however, the information being provided as well as the story line is like most espionage/political dramas. The cast is great! Hard to believe the young man so convincingly playing Dong Ki is only 21 and its his first! I expect to see more of him in the future. The cinematography and overall action is good. No wonder the viewer discretion advisory. Not for the faint at heart. I stayed here to the end. I have a favorable opinion of this drama as its a learning experience for me. I don't solely watch dramas for romance only. I like good stories and this is it! Too bad it did not get the ratings it deserved to continue to 24 episodes!
Loved CNBlue and ShinhWa which was the reason I came here. Like ShiNee. Groups like this have almost become nonexistent. Have not found a girl group that has impressed me yet. Learning to love some KPop! Slow convert...
I don't know what it is about this drama but I loved it! I cannot even tell you how many times I've watched it! It never gets boring considering its a 50 episode drama! It contains one of the most romantic scenes I've ever see (end of 32, beginning of 33)! Its not like the conventional dramas; I don't even see the usual format either. But the character development is really interesting. Its one of rare dramas that you are just as interested in the secondary characters and their relationships as well as the leads! I don't want to give anything away but its really, really interesting..The brother, crazy! One of the mother's, I just want to slap her for the way she treats her daughter! Can I say these are the worst parents ever! Grandma said it best, there are wretched parents in this world!!! This is definitely not about the music but more about family and how one decision can affect some many!
Story one: so sad, boy if Americans had that attitude, there would be less divorces. Story two: I am amazed this story line was even presented! Excellent job, whoever the writer may be! Story three: Ah, young love. Maybe too young but still cute. Hey, it will make a great future drama! Story four and five: first love/lost love and more. Two of the stories had me bawling like a baby!
This first epi had me riveted to the screen. Lee Min Ki was funny! Sad he is only in 2 episodes. He will be missed. I cried big time! How many ways can I say I LOVE SUFBB!! So good, I am watching each episode AGAIN!! Be still my heart for epi 6! Epi 7!? Can this drama get any better?! This is the first time watching one that gets more and more and more fascinating! Leave my boys behind? Ji-Hyuk say HELL NO! Epi 8 "pretty people just walk in slow motion, don’t you know." Not my words but I had to post them here!! HAHA!! Epi 9 and 10 were actually tame compared to the first 8 but it was still good! Loved when they saw Shil Ba again. Too funny! The Dir. Sister is just asking for trouble (epi 11)! Episodes 13 and 14 were the most heartbreaking episodes! Man, I am all cried out!! I am just sad! Overall a great musical drama!
One word descriptions only! Epic! Funny! Hilarious! It just does not stop getting interesting! Jung Ryeo Won shines! Was not familiar with male leads before this but will now add their dramas to my watch list. And Hong Soo Hyun? What can I say after the superb acting in The Princess' Man! The bar scene? Too funny! The growing chemistry between the couples, again the words coming to my mind is pure acting skills! This is a rollercoaster ride of epic proportions! This is a must see! Cliff hanger after cliff hanger! Episode 20! WOAH! Love those mini scenes at the end. This is definitely on my future purchase list! LOVE the ending! Gabi got off too easy!
I was watching somewhere else where it was in parts. Very annoying but so love Yoon Si Yoon. Watching for you!! The drama really got interesting after the 2nd episode so hold on longer!! The ending was one of the best!!!!
Great Drama! I figured out a few things within the first episodes. Its nice to see I was right! And the food! Yummy! I especially like these types of dramas where there is no love triangles/misunderstandings (so far). Its about the 2 people learning to love one another and the stories surrounding them. I especially like the stories about people who visited the restaurant and how their lives are affected! Episode 20 was the BEST!!! It tells us a lot and also how evil some people can be! Love Song Il Kuk! All the Blessings in the world with the triplets!! Gawd! What a well told story!
This is funny! And very risque for a Korean drama! At least all the ones I've seen barely kiss but this pushes the envelope so to speak! Very slapstick comedy! I believe you would enjoy! Watching baby Chul Soo is priceless! The best baby ever! He was the show!
How many men can love the same woman? The answer to that question is here. Did not like. Gong Yoo drew me but could not keep me. I loved him in Coffee Prince! I finally gave up and just watched the last episode. It convinced me I would have been mad wasting 16 hours of my life watching this. This has to be the worse review I have ever written! I was not duly impressed with anything; other than an occasional peak of Gong without a shirt. Ok, that's what the one star is for ;-)
The music is WONDERFUL!!! So going to hunt down the OST!!! If you are expecting romance, its not there, folks but a great story!! I wish they continued it to show a relationship between Seol and Jang which obviously would develop. I wish there was a continuation but I do understand why; the ex-wife would not have it!
One of my favorite dramas! More an adult theme so I enjoyed it immensely! Great story and great acting!!

Can I be the only one with no sympathy for Aran? The wrong people were originally affected. So reminds me of my ex husband's "Anyone will do" mentality. Watch with caution. I only gave it a 3 star because Bae Soo Bin was in it.
This is a hybrid of Bad Guy with The Snow Queen in some ways on the emotional front. If a bad reviewer had not already mentioned the outcome, I pretty much guessed it already. I find the mother/son relationship to be very disturbing! Yune is a BRAT! If you are looking for any happy moments, they are far and few between. The acting is incredible! I now have to look at other dramas that the lead characters are in, So Ji Sup, you are now on the top of my favorite list! Lee Hye Young was incredible here! On my list of favorites that I will NEVER watch again!
I am too sad to be sad and too sad too cry over that ending! RAIN SHINES! Bi Rain's acting is intense! What a change up from Full House! More like Ninja Assasins which I LOVE! He is just too COOL for words! At the end of episode 8, WOW! My revengeful man! I don't know who's fiance/fiancee is crazier but at least there is some redemption of their characters in the end. ! Several times I got so mad at Da Jeong during epi 10! I understand her to a point. Not as sad an ending as Sorry I Love You but this goes into the of only needing to watch once. I will have no problem reliving the scenes from listening to the excellent OST!
Sometimes people deserve a second chance. You cannot help but feel for the characters. This is like the 3rd movie I've seen with Kim Ha Neul. She is definitely a wonderful actress who portrays her characters well. I thought the child actor was actually more powerful. I find that to be the case in a lot of Korean dramas I've seen. Well done!
If you seen Sorry and it depressed you to know end, don't watch this!! Not saying its not a good drama, it was but my life is depressing enough without adding to my angst level. This is not for the faint at heart. I can say I will be adding this to the never to watch again list!
I am loving the stories as they developed, up to episode 20 But after that, boy am I disappointed!! Overall, its still good drama. Please, bring this to DramaFever!!!!!!
A warning to the faint of heart! This drama must have been written with Moon Eric in mind! I believe extending it to 18 episodes was a mistake. episodes 16 and 17 could have been condensed into 14 and 15. Those episodes were at times boring. Overall, I liked it, including the ending. But Comrade-Major? Poor fellow!! I did like the ending.
Loved the fight scenes and the cinematography. Again, not a happy ending! But that is always the downside of saguek's I guess. I skipped around a lot. Please, Jang Hyuk, next drama, live!
I like this unconventional dramas. I loved All In; even though it was not rated high by a lot, I just favor theses more. Maybe because they are more adult dramas. I enjoy a lot of the dramas for the younger set but a lot of times it takes me awhile to get into them. This was pretty much automatic. Kim Jung Eun drew me in because I liked most of "I Am Legend" (again, a minority). Her characters are never paper cutter roles.....A Great ending I thought!! And to think they became a couple after this! The chemistry was out of this world! Why oh why did they break up!

Can't decide whether I liked it. Its a 50/50 split. I loved the beginning (first 10 episodes) but somewhere it went wrong and I did not really care for the end.
This is one of the best for 2011/2012! Each new episode adds another layer to the superb acting. You have to watch these new episodes in pairs! Episode 15 was the best!! It showed Kim Bum's acting chops at its best!! Jung Woo Sung, I was already a fan after watching the Good, The Bad and the Weird but my goodness, what great acting! Choi Tae-Joon (Jung) and Na Moon-Hee (the Mom) shined! **Slight spoiler**Episode 16, why is Kang Chil so trusting?!! I would have never gone to visit Chang Gul by myself! Overall, this is a must see story not only about romance but just surviving the lemons life throws at us.
But I imagine this is one of those dramas you have to watch until the end for all of the pieces to come together.
Some might like it more than me. Gave it 2 stars because I did laugh a couple of times in the 6 epis I watched
I find them annoying and sometime, it must be cultural, I don't understand the joke but its entertaining. So far...
Just when it was getting interesting, started watching using iPad app and there are no eng. subs and the ending. the worst! Rushed! But overall, was different from any other. Interesting to watch the psycho siblings.
I got bored after awhile. I imagine if I was of the teen set, probably would have liked it more. Alas, I know I am in the minority here. I did watch 10 episodes and finally just skipped to the end.
Loved this one! Even better the second time! Forgot I did not see it here so I had not rated it! When I saw the Lunar New Years Special epis, I had to come and watch again. Loved the story, absolutely loved the ending!

I hope this is one of those dramas that get better with future episodes because so far, I am not feeling it! but like Prosecutor Princess, I will give it a little more time.
I can watch this over and over again! I definitely like Lee Min Ho in action. Look forward to more in the future! And yes, Lee Min Ho is one of the cuties on my list! I'll watch anything with him in it! But I have to admit that I think Time Between Dog and Wolf was underrated and better!

Who knew it would turn out the way it did. WOW ending!! Its a rarity to be satisfied with an ending. *SPOILERS* Sad to see the doctor's demise! I was surprised about the sister though. Can't wait for a Vampire Prosecutor 2!!
At first I did not think I would but once I really got into the end of the first episode, it got better. The kids, cant help crying when they do!! When the sis was begging Gang-Ha; could not stop crying. Poor child, can't cook to save herself! Earlier episodes had the high points. I admit I skimmed through epis 14-17. This actually would have been better with less.
I find I have a love for them. The last episode was sad and sweet at the same time. A death was unexpected but alas made sense to me because of the chracter. The acting by the female lead and Geunsu was superb! If you like unconventional (like Lovers, All In), you will enjoy. This was defintely about loving yourself unconditionally and that is what InSoon had to do. This is one for the favorite list

After episode 11, could not take the nephew anymore. And can someone explain the ending? They lost me.
I started watching this, not because I expected it to be good but hopefully that it would at least be entertaining. My expectations were exceeded. I believe there were hints all through the episodes why the storyline of them being sisters is plausible. The constant reference that Yi Kyung and Ji Hyun were so simliar came out several times. When the parents met Yi Kyung, both were very comfortable with her. The twist of the death really, really threw me though. That I was not expecting but excepted it, eventually. 49 Days was a total surprise to me and had not expected to like it as much as I did. Did I say I loved Bae Soo Bin as a bad guy!!!!!??? BRAVO! GREAT JOB.
Since Playful Kiss and the chicken hoodie scenes! The buffet scene was SO funny! Overall a good drama with a different take to the ending.
Watched this on Netflix and have now become addicted to KDramas! This was my first and will always be my favorite!
Overall, it was good. I was enthralled through most of the episodes. There were a couple that dragged but I basically watched this through the whole weekend. One of those marathon-watching dramas for me. Also, a rarity for me that the SPOILER**** the lead male does not get the girl. I was actually very, very happy about that. Thanks for writing a great drama. I hope to see Yoon Si Yoon in others in the future.
Skipped a couple of epis because, even though I am starting to understand the Korean culture, the domineering attitude of parents on their children took a toll with me. Loved all of the characters. Worth the watch.
PSH, love him! The smile, the expressions, everything. MCW, excellent job. The love relationship that develops for all is just beautiful! The deaths, made me cry! I can't wait for the uploads of the rest. On to dramacrazy!!
Rating closer to 4 1/2 stars. Loved this! Yoon Eun Hye is now one of my favorite female actors! I really, really enjoyed this!! Not sure I would have mistaken her for a boy, though..
Not familiar with Korean folk lore but I am learning a lot watching this. It does start out so, so slow but I was determine to keep watching because I notice that tends to be the trend for a lot of K-dramas. But now at episode 13, I am in love with this story. Love the dimpled couple. Love Minsuk and the Directory's love story; and love the antagonists (No Min Woo is one handsome devil!!); love to hate him but can't. Hye In is easy to hate! Saw that from the beginning. So my suggestion, keep watching, it gets real good!
If you like the first episode and its not a weekend, STOP watching! Folks, I watched this day and night over the weekend! The acting was great. Story-ending was predictable but the flow was good. Definitely one of those emotional rollercoasters! The child actor playing Eun Woo, amazing! The psycho mother I loved in City Hunter, amazing! Kept me entertained for 28 epis. Not crazy about the last episode.

I was very pleased with this! I thought it was one of the best. It saddened me to no end that Choi Jin Shil chose to take her life. I wonder if she got to see this and know how talented she was! At this point, it would be hard to see any others of hers because of it. I loved this. I give high praise. It's kind of slow the first episodes but after that, it picks up and remains constant. It was wonderful to watch a KDrama not filled with constant bickering and misunderstandings. It was wonderful to watch the main characters' love grow and flourish. I so loved this! Laughed, cried and was blown away with the last episode! Still fanning myself over that one :-) Best ever! RIP Choi Jin Shil, I wished you had chosen a different path because you were very talented.
Don't read if you have not seen it.... I really could have liked this. I really give this a 2 1/2. The acting, incredible; the storyline, drove me crazy!! I am not sure it should have been classified as a comedy!! The comedy was too far and few between. There were so many characters to hate, I got tired of hating them! Had it been condensed down to 16 episodes, I probably would have liked it better. Too many misunderstanding, I started skipping episodes after epi 19. And the ending? Not one of my favorites. The Queen Mother's comments were only wishful thinking...
Actual rating about 2 1/2. It had its moments. Episode 15, too dramatic for me so I skipped it. Good ending though.

A very enjoyable story! Every character was fantastic. I am new to kdrama and this is definitely on my top ten!

My first Taiwanese drama and I do like it! Loving some of the songs especially the one in episode 3 when memories come back. Every scene with Ai xing and Ren Wei are hysterical! Totally loving it! Episode 9, pretty sad turn of events. Its one of those times I am glad not to be rich and sold like slaves for money! Very Sad. But at least Jing Jing's Dad feels some remorse but is this all being done for some revenge?! Ren Wei is up to something. Tian Zu is super pitiful in ep 10; something I cannot ever remember seeing in any Korean drama but guess what? It happens so its nice to see it be a man instead of a woman! But the crying and whining gets tedious so its nice to finally see him get some "cojones"! I was not mad at his actions in ep 11! Well, I was right about the hidden agenda and Wei! This just got reall interesting! Who is going to be a couple, who is not? That is the $1 million question!
