in my list of top 5 Kdramas. this drama is endearing, sweet, funny, and very romantic. i became a fan of cha seung won because of this. i give this drama 4 1/2 stars!
i'm glad through browsing i found this drama. great acting, good chemistry, sweet friendship... the ending is nothing spectacular but i'm glad it's a good ending. watch this drama and you won't regret it!
i just finished watching this and i couldn't stop crying. this is one great historical drama with the right amount of romance, action, comedy and to top it all, amazing scenery. it has the best ensemble from the lead actors down to the supporting ones ( i saw actors and actresses from different series. the goon-turned-nice guy from dream high is here, too!). the OST fits the drama well. you can think of one episode and you can immediately associate it with the OST (just like i think full house and city hall ). i cant's stop raving about this, it's hearwarming, heartwrenching, tearjerking, funny, exciting--- name it, it's all here. the actors did justice to their individual roles. not only most of them look great (hello, abs!) but these people can really act! there's not enough words to describe this outstanding series. if you want great acting w/great script, watch this. highly recommended, i give it 5 stars!
sad, sweet, funny
the 1st and 2nd episodes made me cry but i also laughed a lot. the drama made me think that we should never take anyone for granted and that we should cherish every moment with our loved one. the leading man: i cant believe when he changed into the dad he was able to capture the dad's facial expressions, mannerism and even the walk! he's great and gorgeous! i watched him in Greatest Love and of course compared to Cha Seung Won there, he is just a boy. :) but here he showcased that he is a leading man material. the leading girl: she is one of the prettiest korean actresses. those gray eyes are amazing (is she half?) and boy, can she cry. i cant wait for her to be a little mature (she was just 20 here) coz i don't doubt she will even be greater plus she really is beautiful. the dad as always, is divine. everyone here did a great job. this drama easily became one of my favorites!
