IMO the actors were great. The story was interesting but was predictable and slow at times.

...with a happy ending. Jin Yi lives to dance. When Jin Yi was a child she loved to dance. Love of dance led her to become a courtesan and the dance frees her from living as a courtesan in the gyobang. Jin Yi wants to dance more than she wants a husband, child or money. In the end, Jin Yi gets all that she ever wanted. And that's good enough for me!

The writing is so so. The story slowly drags along. Were the writers ordered to make the show last 20 episodes? The acting saves the show. I stopped caring about the story around episode 10. I kept watching until the end because I was curious about how the writers were going to wrap up the tangled story lines.
