I don't think anyone could pull this character off the was So Ji Sub did. I felt the entire time that all the emotions he went through were 100% real. There wasn't a time where I felt that I was looking at an actor. Mu Hyuk was a real person in my eyes. If melodramas are not your thing, please spare yourself. I personally watch only because my Korean little brother was saying I needed to watch it and that it was the best show ever. I liked it very much but I don't think it's the best of all dramas. Amongst melodramas it's up there in my top 3. I could never watch it a second time because I feel like I've gone through a devastating crisis after finishing it the first time, but I do highly recommend it to others.
