I'm not really into politics and war type shows but this has held my attention. John Meyer looks like a clown in drag and has the brain of "Chuckie" from those horror movies. Why hasn't anyone just put a bullet thru his pea size brain and that idiot women who loves torture kill the bitch please. MAKE MY DAY PLEASE
OK Heres what I think Oh Soon-Ok and Nam Jung-Lim were saints to put up with and love such selfish men. Kim Kang-Ho and Yoo Da-Hye were so sweet and deserve to be happy Han Kyung-Hoon and Kim Yun-Ho also deserve to be happy. I wish Choi Hyun-Wook could have been braver in his confession and stuck to it Loved him also liked Pyo Jin-Suk and Park Ae-Ran and little Han-Joon plus the dadNam Ki-Nam Everyone else was to busy thinking about themselves to be nice or get love. GREAT SHOW BUT LONG
Loved it so much. Well written, great scenery, actors impecible, directing outstanding. Out of all the dramas I've seen this is number one. The love scenes were believable and the tears made me cry when usually I get bored. I'm watching Rooftop prince right now also but have to wait for next episode so tryed this one and so glad I did Han Ji Min is good in that also. Fell in love with Jung Woo Sung as he is so handsome and was so into his role. Kim Bum is the best now that I've seen this after seeing Boys over flowers which was good but his performance was not that great in that. anyway love it. .
The 2 lead characters were perfect in every way she had the fantastic eyes and firey attiturde and he had the beautiful face and always so calm. I have seen him in 3 shows so far and he has been wonderful in each one. The story was good but could have had a bit less going down memory road and more actual story line. anyways. good show and no evil people to ruin it thank you
Have to say every character was terrific and believable in this. Ok so the lead was a bit OCD but who is not at that age set in their ways with no give or take but to finally find love and realize that being alone is not that great when its permanent was good for the viewers as well as the character Ji Jin Hee played was outstanding and kept the character perfectly. Had trouble with my lap top so almost did not catch the last 30 minutes and had to restart 4 times but worth it. Uhm Jung Hwa always does a great job and has never disapointed audiences. Also have to give a shout out for Kim So Eun and Yoo Ah In as have seen the on a couple of dramas and they are just so cute each time.
I got dizzy going from past to present so much and how many times did he go back to try to fix things? Loved the characters and the story. It could have been 5 episodes shorter but the ending was very good so I gave it a 4 My favorites were chan wook and the singer as no matter how many time back and forth that story line stayed in the same direction and got stronger every episode.
This was like the third drama I saw on here when I first started about 1 yr ago and today just watched the last 10 episodes again and still love it. The story and characters were great and the acting fantastic. So funny and then sad too all the guys were so hot.
The summary of this series said nothing except it was like sex and the city. Well I should have said something about how There are four guys and only one is like samantha. The others were one was so strait laced and narcistic, another had a heart of gold and got it broken so much, and the fourth one was fighting with himself to live in a world that might not accept him. There were 2 sets of triangles going on the pulled at my heart but also made me laugh so much. Anyway this was one of my 5 favorite series of the 50 I've watched so far so don't miss it. .
Loving it so much. The factory strike and fight scenes almost put me off but then finally there was peace. Talk about the good bad and the ugly. I am watching to see who ends up with who. In love and businuss; there are so many revolving doors. When I got to 16 I stopped and waited for it to be completed before watching any more episodes but now done I can say The top four characters were superb in evey way. Even the plot was a bit like "leverage" ( a US TV series) the way everyone plotted against each other only to be throttled in the end. The Ending was the way I should be all the answers given. So Thanks for a great show.
I read a lot of the other reviews before adding mine so there's not a lot to add. Everyone hate's Ga On's mom and who can blame us. I found the real life guy and he is now 73 yrs old so they didn't have cell phones back then and his life was probably even tougher then this. I do love Nam Yoo-Bong Yoon Ho-Jae Jung Ki-Young Lee Chan-Sol and the abused lady and the pregnant lady. It made it more believable. The only big mistake they made was when Mok In-Beom claimed he would never allow his daughter to be with tae yan and then someone forgot to add the sequence showing he was ok with it all again and giving fresh men the store again. It's like they left out an entire episode??? Why does the mom always have to be the bad one??? I'm giving it 5 stars cause all together it was really captivating. Loved every one except MOM
Jang Beo-Jin was so cute and believable that I could see her playing peter pan. And William and Exile were fantastic. The scenery was breathtaking and the fight scenes were so realistic. The politics of korea in the 1600 era dud give me a lot of problems but guess the greed was there so I understood that. and the village characters were fantastic. have to say excelant in every catagory. thank you
I actually liked the pimp more then the mom. At least he was honest about his feelings for her. That guy micky could he have played a wimpier guy? I do not think so. In fact I was routing for the doctor hotelier or the pimp to win her in the end. The actors were great but the script stunk.
It was a total surprise to me as the sequence of events did not go as I usually s ee them so it was great If you really think you have these dramas figured out then this is the show to see
Get rid of the script writer. We know they have money problems and we know that some of the characters can be selfish but how many times do they have to fight about it. When is the orphan going to show how great he is. . He should at least slap No Ra once would wake her up to how much he cares about her. I also think Grampa and grandma should get married anyway even with the cancer. Let her last days be happy. I really don't understand Korean Pride when the teacher won't work at a place that would solve at least half his financial problems. I'm hoping the doctor sweeps Na Ra off her feet and they get married cause Mr Choi doesn't seem to have a back bone letting his mom tell him what to do all the time COME ON PEOPLE AND IMPROVE THIS STORY PLEASE. I'll give it 3 stars for now but if by 25 episodes it hasn't improved and starts moving along at faster pace then I won't give it anymore stars.
The sound effects add to the humor and the actors are great so far. Love Lee Dong Wook in this compared to what he did in scent of a women. As a romantic comedy this is A1 and I've watched the first 2 episodes twice. And now I just finished and felt let down at the end. The other reviews say the same not enough romance for the 2 main characters. They could have shown them a year later with a kid and all the friends around them. also never saw if the student the witch poisoned lived or died. would have been nice to know. Of course I enjoyed most of the episodes as there was humor but why did the director and dong ah get more romance scenes then the 2 main characters???
LOVING IT NOW BUT THE BEGINNING WAS ROUGH AS THE CHARACTERS KEPT COMING AND GOING BEFORE I COULD FIGURE OUT WHO THEY WERE AND WHY THEY WERE THERE. THE MUSIC IS GREAT ALSO AND SOMEONE MENTIONED YOU SHOULD DO MORE AND SPREAD THIS OUT WITH MORE EPISODES WAS RIGHT. WE CALL IT SEASON 2. YOU COULD HAVE A FEW FRESHMEN AND CONTINUE THE 2ND YR STUDENTS LIVES DEVELOPING. HOPE YOUR LAST EPISODES ARE AS GOOD AS THIS SO FAR JAN 25 2012 OK so finished it feb 12 but still feel like I missed the endings as it wasn't clear at all how their lives would turn out after a funeral they were all dancing and that was it. oh well the music was great and the different stories broke my heart.
JUST FINISHED ENTIRE THING AND EVEN THE ENDING WAS GREAT. I HAVE TO LEARN THE NAMES OF THE WRITERS OF THESE ROMANTIC COMEDIES AS THEY ARE GREAT. I'M OLD AND SEEN JUST ABOUT EVERY SERIES AND MOVIE. USA, INDIA BOLLYWOOD, AUSTRAILIAN, ENGLISH AND NOW ABOUT 40 KOREAN ROMANTIC COMEDIES AND YOU GUYS ARE GREAT. THE ACTING IS OUTSTANDING, THE ACTORS ARE GREAT AT PLAYING DIFERENT TYPES OF CHARACTERS. I'M LEARNING NAMES SO I FIND OTHER SHOWS THEY'VE DONE. THIS ONE IS ONE OF MY TOP 5 CAUSE IT DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF THE SAME ROMANTIC JOKES. SHE WAS CHASING HIM IN ONE EPISODE EXELLANT AND EPISODE 7 FANTASTIC WITH RECIPE FOR KIMSHI MANDO YOU HAVE TO SEE THAT
They did it like the american shows Hercules and Zena with the period costumes but a lot of modern talk and jokes thru out. EXCELLANT characters, story and acting plus the action is fantastic. I don't watch a lot of period pieces but glad I found this one. THANK YOU
Totally captivating characters that made you want to keep your eyes on the prize of love and happiness. The actors were first class and I've seen a few of them before but everyone looks different each time I see them the way character acting should be. thank you for a fun show.
The acting was great considering the script was repeat repeat repeat, There could have been a little more fun and a little less crying about a heart and necklace. These actors were great but were wasted by the story. Sorry
Enough good acting and singing and dancing to keep my interest. Its a musical so who cares who ends up with who. Let's enjoy the talent. The last episode was anticlamatic and should have been filled with outakes instead of flashbacks. the best love scenes were really done by joon and ryang they could really kiss. there are not a lot of good kissers in Korea. Sorry guys but out of about 40 dramas so far I have only seen about 6 good kissers. ok so that wasn't important but the actors were great and iit was a good story. thank you
She was so ditsy in the beginning and so hardworking in the end it made me want to be proud of her and was happy with the ending and thats saying a lot as most endings don't end the way you want
The ladies were great but the songs didn't have to be sung all the way thru every time and the ending could have had a little more romance in it. OK so it was about the music and it was great and love Lee Joon Hyuk in everything he does like city hall etc YUMMY
LOVED IT. Didn't understand 90% of the educational stuff but loved the fact that people cared enough to help these 5 great kids mature into adults that cared for each other. Would have like to see Attorney Kang end up with the english teacher but all said it was still a great drama. I wish the USA would have more like this. THANK YOU
Suffered thru the first 14 hours then started skipping and really didn't miss any of the story line. If you like watching a catapillar go across the road watch this show. The only people I enjoyed watching were Mr Han the photographer, heun hyuk, eunbi and HO The entire show could have been done in 16 episodes. .
so many people gave this top rating and with good reason. I haven't had a chance to watch anything twice yet but this will be one of the first I revisit. Just finished watch the entire thing and it was even betterr then I remembered. I've seen just about every thing that Kim Sun Ah has done and loved it so far and Daniel Henny is the best thing on 2 legs. Hyun Bin was so hot I wanted to just watch him forever. Thanks for a great show.
the 3 main guys were great and the fighting was fantastic. didn't like the last part when that person died as it wasn't needed at all. Liked jini, officer yoon and Sophie also but DO Jihoo and kai I could watch for ever. The special effects episode at the end was awesome so thanks.
The story was a lot more believable then the others were but the did kind of drag the last 5 episodes on and on and on. Loved han tae suhk as he was so believable as bad guy who does the right things for love and it broke my heart when he couldn't have her. Joon suh was great and so was eun suh but Tae suhk was my favorite in this one.
YOU COULD HAVE DONE THE ENTIRE SHOW IN 10 EPISODES AND WHY DON'T THEY USE THE LOUD SPEAKERS AT THE INFO DESK IN THE AIRPORTS. YOO JIN WAS TOO NICE JOON SANG AND SAN HYUK ARE HANDSOME HUNKS. I CAN'T BELIEVE I SAT THRU 20 EPISODES OK THE GUYS WERE HOT BUT WHO TALKS THAT SLOW.
LOVED PHILLIP, EUN YOUNG AND SU HO AND THE KIDS WERE FANTASTIC. My heart was breaking for the "young" Eun Young and Su Ho and Kang Goo was perfect. You could had a few more happy scenes...yeah I know Mellow drama has sad parts but some time you can overdo it. Also enjoyed mi jong and the brother and they should have had more scenes. Thanks
I stayed up for 24 hrs to watch this after seeing the first 4 hrs of it. Even though it had the 3 guys I like most in Kdrama in it I was disapointed in sun he outwitting everyone from the begining to the end. How could anyone say this was a believable plot?? anyway jun sae is my favorite actor and I think he should have got eun sung in the end..... hwan was cute but was better in 9tail fox and the piano bar guy is great.
PERFECT PLOT GREAT CHARACTERS AND SURPRISES WITH HUMOR FANTASTIC ....Jin Ho and Gae In were wonderful and the director Choi was so beleivable. anyway thanks for another great romantic comedy and keep them coming

PERSU LOOKED MORE LIKE THEIR MOTHER AND NOT AT ALL LIKE ANYTHING THEY WOULD FIGHT OVER. BULLDOG AND SUN WERE THE ONLY REAL PEOPLE. UNDO AND CATSBY SHOULD HAVE JUST MARRIED EACH OTHER AND MAYBE WE WOULD HAVE SEEN A TRUE ENDING TO THIS MESS.
NOT THE MANY FLASH BACKS LIKE MOST AND THE CRYING OR WAILING WAS MOSTLY FROM TWO MOMS SO IT WASN'T CONSTANT LIKE OTHER SHOWS I'VE HAD TO ENDURE. THE BEST COUPLE WERE HAE WON AND JAE HA AS THEY WERE LIGHT AND HAPPY THRU MOST OF IT AND KEPT THE SHOW ALIVE FOR ME. THE FUNNIEST WAS NO SIK. AS FOR TRADITION I THINK THEY OVERDID IT A BIT. AND THE SUFFERING RICH WIFE COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT MORE REALISTIC AS WHO NOW A DAYS WOULD PUT UP WITH A NASTY GUY LIKE MIN. ALL IN ALL IT KEPT ME WATCHING FOR THE ENTIRE THING AND I'M WATCHING THE LAST EPISODE AGAIN AS IT WAS A BIT UNREALISTIC BUT I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS. THANKS
had a good ending not like some that keep you guessing love the lead guy so watched a couple of other shows with him in it.
this was one of the 1st kdramas I saw and now am hooked on them due to this show that was great with good acting excellant story line and soooo funny
I'm now on episode 32 and have these people heard of lawyers??? Seban is the nastiest piece of work I've ever seen. Usually wait till the end to write my review but Se bin is so hateful and selfish I had to write and say most of the characters thru episode 13 were selfish losers that blame everything on that one poor lady and her husband suffered because of it. the only good people in the entire cast seems to be the dad and this one couple. this is the first true korean soap opera I've watched and if I didn't know that by episode 105 someone would be happy I wouldn't continue this I gave up american soaps cause they were so sappy and now I find korean soaps are more so but at least the acting is more believable so thanks for that anyway.
Actors were great plot was nicely planned out except that it took byun the entire show to finally tell us why he was gone for 6 yrs but he still could have written her a letter once in awhile. I don't get the macho thing. lawyer woo didn't either saying it was a coward's way out. both guys were so hot and actresses were pretty but I'm a woman so I like the hot guys better. anyway good show
I don't like golf so it took me forever to see this drama but the actors were great and the ending was more realistic seeing John with both women each time you could see that he felt more for the spoiled one and just wanted to help the newbie to survive in a ruthless world. This was more realistic then most of these that have the guy suddenly reallize he is inlove with the star of the show after hating her for 94% of the episodes.
Drove me crazy.... her going back and forth and neither guy treated her very good most of the time. And hope some one can tell me why the eyeline never fades even when eubin was sick COME ONE. and why at airports no one thinks to use the info desk and announce they are looking for someone. I still loved this show and all the goofy stuff gunhee did both guys were super hot so it would be hard for anyone to choose.
You did a great job showing what people over there go though when they don't have money and how bad people can be when they do have money or a chance of getting money.....the last 3 episodes seemed to make the characters go backwards like when the ticket flys away and they the boyfriend who had been true blue the entire show decides to suddenly just leave and to go to the U.S.A. the person dies come on why ruin a good story.
it could have been a lot better it just didn't move fast enough to keep my attention so I skipped a couple of episodes
LOVED IT every thing was great and there was enough comedy to keep me smile even after the sad parts. The actors were fantastic and the plot was good but I did have a problem with the KDA subtitles not give us translations of the wonderful songs they did in each episode. I did recognize most of the song as american from the melody but without the translation I feel I got cheated.
Perfect casting, storyline, just enough comedy to keep me watching, Every actor did an amazing job. After watching 40 of these korean romantic comedies.....this was in my top 5 Thank you
MOST of the dramas I've seen so far are formatted happy the first 5 to 7 then tears keep flowing thru 8 to 14 then finally the last 2 episodes it all comes together happy for the most part. This one had so much comedy all through every episode that it flew by. The actors were great and cute. and thank you for perfection.
It had great timing, the dialogue fit each scene. The comedy was perfect with believable storyliine even when it was stretched a bit too far. Even the ending was perfect. The guys were great and I could fall for anyof them. Bodies were nice to oh so nice can see why he was a model. The ladies fit their roles perfectly and were cute too.I even liked mr ahn and mi ahn as they added to the story.
Why would you let mae re look like a cocker spaniel thru most of the movie then straighten her hair towards the end. Plus thos rediculous hats with the flaps when no one else had to wear them the designer must have hated her to make her out to be that ughly....when she had her hair up she was decent looking between 2 great looking guys but with the long hair and hats she looks like a 7 yr old they were molesting. COME ON PEOPLE. The story was good but cut her hair next time like her real photos. the drama was ok too.
Every character was perfectly done by the actors. So funny I was sitting there laughing out loud alone in my room so my roomate came to join me and he laughed with me. The mysteries were great as I figured them out (well most of them) The happy ending could have been a bit longer and see them embrace but all in all this was the best Kdrama I've seen so far out of about 30 now. Keep up the great work.

You guys are too funny. Subtitles calling sparklers sprinkler lol hilarious. I love to watch the entire thing all the way through.BUT I had to watch 2 episodes then wait etc. If I could write a drama I would walk both Tae Moo and Se Na off a pier into the ocean for the fishes to finish off. I think Park Ha and Tae Yong did a great job .......Was surprised by ending and think their should have been a full explanation of the coma victims recovery. Still loved the show.
