Uhm Ki-joon is an actor with a long and successful career in Korean television, with a wide variety of roles on various TV dramas and sitcoms throughout Korea. He recently had his first role on the big screen, playing the main villan in Woon Min-Ho's Man of Vendetta.

Although he is only recently coming into some success in his role on the big screen, Uhm Ki-joon has had a longstanding success in television. Before that, however, he was most known for his roles in musicals. His first role on the stage was in Richard III in 1995, and he went on to star in a number of musicals and other stage plays, such as Singin' in the Grease, The Three Musketeers, and Catch Me If You Can, among others.

Uhm Ki-joon has appeared on a number of television programs, including Kimchi Cheese Smile, Investigation Team, Scent of a Woman, and Phantom. He has won a variety of awards over the years, including the 2011 SBS Drama Award for excellence for a weekend drama actor, which he won for his role on Scent of a Woman. He also won a KBS Drama Award for best supporting actor for the role he played in Worlds Within in 2008.
