Biography

Wen Sheng Hao, who alternatively goes by James Wen, is a Taiwanese actor, model and journalist. James graduated from the College of Journalism and Communications and began working first as a model and eventually as a reporter. He won The Uno Modeling Contest in 1999 for Most Photogenic and went on to report the news and other events for a number of years before turning his sights towards acting. He has also made cameo appearances in commercial and music videos.

He made his first television debut in the drama Numbers (2005), followed by Dangerous Mind the following year. He was nominated in 2005 for a Golden Bell Award for his work on Numbers.

By 2007 his acting career had truly taken off and he has appeared in a myriad of different television shows in Taiwan. He is best known for his work in My Queen, a television drama told form several different perspectives that aired in 2009 and once again nominated him for a Golden Bell award.

James most recently starred in Office Girls a comedy that aired in 2011 for 25 episodes. He has also appeared in a myriad of films, the most recent feature film being My Dear Stilt.
