Biography

Yang Hee Kyung is a popular Actress that was born on December 3, 1954, studied at Seoul Arts Jr College. Yang Hee Kyung got into the acting business in 1985, has had numerous supporting roles on Korean TV.

Yang Hee Kyung is currently playing Kim Kap Soon in the Korean comedy TV series Panda, Hedgehog. It’s about Pan Da Yang (Yoon Seung Ah) an enterprising young woman, unpopular cake shop owner. A love triangle forms between Pan Da, Ko Seung Ji (Lee Dong Hae) a talented patissier who is rough around the edges, Choi Won Il (Choi Jin Hyeok) a rich man who is in love with Pan Da Yang. Yang Hee Kyung plays a maternal aunt.

Her popularity seems to stem from her ability to be very convincing in her roles, she really adds a unique quality to any show she is involved in, whether it’s a drama or a comedy.
