Biography
Yoo Jae Suk was born August 14th, 1972 in Seoul, South Korea. Nicknamed “MC of the Nation” he is a comedian and host of comedy television shows. Although he attended the Seoul Institute of the Arts he did not complete his studies due to his busy schedule doing gigs as a comedian. He has been on television since 1991 when he appeared at a comedy festival. His big break didn't come until 2002 when he hosted a variety show called Live and Enjoy Together that became very popular. Yoo Jae Suk went on to host other shows, gaining notoriety until he reached his highest popularity co-hosting the program The Crash of MCs.
He has also hosted the show X-Man, one of Korea's most popular programs and is a cast member and chief host on the highly rated Infinity Challenge. He is known for being an adaptable host, changing up his interview style depending on the program and guest, and has garnered consistently good ratings for the talk shows he's involved with. He met his wife, announcer Na Kyung Eun, on the set of Infinity Challenge and the couple married in 2008 and had their first child, a son, in 2010.
