A Change of HeartStarring Michael Miu and Niki Chow
Michael Miu (Highs and Lows), Bosco Wong (Witness Insecurity, Lives of Omission) and Niki Chow (Sergeant Tabloid, Bottled Passion) star in a suspenseful mystery that proves even the most cruel and ruthless of us can sometimes have a change of heart. Siu Kat (Niki Chow) is an inspector in the Hong Kong Police Force. Behind her willpower and relentless pursuit of justice is a desire for revenge: she wants to find the man responsible for killing her mother and making her an orphan. She meets Yat San (Bosco Wong), a cardiologist who also lost his mother, and the two eventually grow closer. But as fate would have it, Yat San dies in an accident. A registered donor, Yat San's heart is now removed and placed inside one of his patients. And that patient happens to be Fong Chi Lik (Michael Miu), the ruthless CEO known in the business world as "Power." After receiving his former doctor's heart, the once cold and unforgiving Power takes a different view on life, trying to become a better man. He also forms a relationship with Siu Kat, who seems to bring him towards a better life, and even hires Yuet San, the twin brother of his former cardiologist, and takes him under his wing. But for a man that was once so powerful, there are responsibilities and commitments even Chi Lik can't let go of. Between Sin Hang (fomer Miss Asia contestant Joey Meng), Chi Lik's wife who simply loves that ruthless and powerful side of her husband, and Chun Ping/Martin (The Hippocratic Crush alum Benjamin Yuen), Power's legal adviser whose rising status means he finds himself at odds with officer of the law Siu Kat, there are many things the once seemingly-invincible mogul can't change . And when it begins to seem like Fong Chi Lik was responsible for what happened to Siu Kat's mother and Yuet San’s brother, all the good intentions in the world cannot stop his new relations from being pushed to their limits. As his life becomes more and more complicated, the once-villain struggles with the very dangerous and complicated question: can a change of heart be enough to make up for all the darkness in your past?
