5 South Korean celebrity couples who would probably clash on a real life date
Korean celebrities are admitting to new relationships every few months in Hallyuwood this year! While fans mend their broken hearts, they can't help but also support their stars' great choices in mates. But what happens when the famous couple just doesn't seem right for each other? Here are 5 couples who probably wouldn't hit it off if they did start dating for real.
The Gangnam Blues actor and f(x) rapper are superior trailblazers in their respective careers. However, I think they are too fabulous to date each other. Lee likes pretty girls, while Amber has admitted that she is attracted to handsome men. They fit each other's description in that respect, but I have a feeling their leadership ideas may not mesh well on a date. (I know Amber is Taiwanese-American, but she still rose to stardom in South Korea).
They are both gorgeous and talented actors. The pair may excel in the same line of work, but I could not imagine this May-December romance actually happening with their 28-year age gap. Plus, the You're The Best, Lee Soon Shin actress started working before the My Love From Another Star actor was even born! I'm guessing she could actually be his acting mentor since she started in 1980.
3. Big Bang's G-dragon and 2NE1's CL
These two idols are housed under the same agency, and they are probably more like siblings in real life than lovers. Their international appeal is amazing, but I highly doubt VIPs and Blackjacks would cheer for the YG Family members to actually date in real life.
4. Choi Ji Woo and SHINee's Lee Taemin
She is the Queen of K-dramas, and he is the prince of dance. Besides the fact that they could give each other tips in their areas of expertise and that their children would be gorgeous, the 18-year age gap may make communication a little strained. Unless Choi has "Noona, You're So Pretty" on repeat and Lee remembers the glorious days of Winter Sonata, they may not understand each other's claim to fame. They do have one thing in common, though. They are both 5 feet 9 inches tall.
5 Han Hyo Joo and Jo Kwon
They seem like two sweet and caring individuals. However, I think the Dong Yi actress and "Heaven" singer are too much alike for it to actually work. It would be manners overload on a real date, and a good old fashioned argument would never surface. No healthy relationship can survive without a hearty disagreement every now and then, right? Like Lee and Choi, they are the same height, 5 feet 8 inches.
Which couple do you think should give it a try despite the possibility of clashing on a real date?
