If you want to know what a little dose of mass chaos looks like, look no further than an accident in Hong Kong where an armored car full of cash accidentally opened its doors, sending around $4.5 million (USD) on the busy streets.

Once people realized the fact that there was money scattered throughout the streets, many commuters frantically rushed to pick up the HK$500 notes ($65 USD). The Hong Kong authorities have since asked the people to return the money to little or no avail.

They were able to successfully recoup around $733,256 from the massive spill, but they obviously fell way short of the initial $4.5 million. I would like to think that I wouldn't have pulled over to grab the money, but then again, I've never seen $4.5 million just hanging out on the road.
