Penny Pinchers is an adorable story featuring Han Ye Seul as Gu Hong Sil and Song Joong Ki as Chun Ji Woong — two twenty-somethings who have very different relationships with money. Chun Ji Woong is a carefree unemployed college graduate who lives off his mother and never seems to have money. However, his lack of money never seems to concern him much. Gu Hong Sil, who lives across the street from Chun Ji Woong, is incredibly frugal. She will save money in any way she can, including collecting and selling recyclables, rummaging through abandoned houses, stealing sugar packets from coffee shops, and walking instead of taking the bus. When it turns out that Gu Hong Sil needs Chun Ji Woong's help to reach her savings goal, she agrees to teach him the art of penny pinching if he agrees to follow her around and do everything she asks for two months. You can't help but fall for Han Ye Seul in the movie!

Couple or Trouble is the K-drama that made Han Ye Seul famous — and for good reason! Han Ye Seul plays snobbish American-raised Anna Jo whose arrogant personality wins her no fans. After the encounter, her normally cowardly husband Billy Park (Kim Sung Min) confronts her. The confrontation ends with Anna Jo herself falling overboard and ending up with a bad case of amnesia. When she wakes up in the hospital she is next to none other that Chul Soo, who is still recovering from his own injuries from falling off the yacht. Taking advantage of her memory loss, Chul Soo convinces her that she is actually a woman named Na Sang Sil, his live-in girlfriend.
