Unfortunately, our good-natured guy was the villain in one of the most popular K-dramas of this decade, but his name is forever etched in our minds. 6. Moonlight Drawn By The Clouds (Park Bo Gum)

There wasn't one particular production that made him a household name in South Korean. The Answer Me 1988 star had been loved by many people for several 2014 projects including Wonderful DaysTomorrow's Cantabile and popular films A Hard Day and The Admiral: Roaring Currents. Answer Me 1988 earned him the title of Nation's Little Brother, but it was the global hit series Moonlight Drawn By The Clouds that made everyone stand up and give him a standing ovation. His realistic portrayal of a crown prince who believed love is love won him an international fandom like no other. This year, he even topped Forbes's Korea Power Celebrity list
