We most recently saw Kim So Yeon in Two Weeks, in which she was a badass lady prosecutor. The actress is famous for taking on strong, charismatic roles in recent years, which has resulted in girl-and-boy crushes everywhere. I know we're all going through Two Weeks withdrawal, so let's take a moment to learn 10 new things about Kim So Yeon.

1. She debuted in 1994 in a small role.

Kim was only 14 at the time. The drama was called Dinosaur Teacher and starred a young Kim Hee Sun and Lee Jung Jae.

2. She used to have a lot of anti-fans.

This was back in the ‘90s, when K-Pop fangirls of idol bands were just as rabid and crazy as they can be today. When a love scandal broke out between Kim and H.O.T. member Jang Woo Hyuk, she became a target of those fans. Sigh.

3. As a teenager, she was known for looking older than her years.

For years after her debut, she took on roles of women in their twenties.

'90s makeup, check. Reflective gloves, check. Furry white dress, check.

4. Then she gained the “evil girl” image after All About Eve.

The year was 2000. She’d been struggling with the anti-fans, and thanks to a stellar performance as the bad girl in the mega-popular drama All About Eve, her image became solidified for years to come — it wasn’t until 2009, when she became a hot topic again with IRIS, that Kim saw a revival in her career.

To be fair, she does look really mean in this poster. Crossed arms, Regina George glare...

5. She’s close friends with singer Bada.

They met and exchanged phone numbers after being guests on a radio show together in the late ‘90s. Bada then introduced her to the late Lee Eun Joo, and the three became fast friends. The trio had a tight-knit friendship until Lee’s tragic death in 2005. Sad, sad.

6. She’s a huge longtime fan of the Korean baseball team LG Twins.

Here she is at one of their games.

7. She is a queen of the red carpet.

Kim pulls off everything with grace and beauty and perfection. This statement is so true that she’s been dubbed the next Kim Hye Soo, whose name is pretty much synonymous with being fabulous on the red carpet in the Korean media.

8. She has no plans to get married any time soon.

In a recent interview, she stated,

“Marriage is a far-away talk for me. My mother began worrying about me after my late twenties. Maybe it’s because I grew up like a child, but I’m not ready for marriage and have no thoughts about it yet. All my dating sense is gone.”

9. She loves watching dramas like the rest of us.

A few mentioned in her interviews are I Hear Your Voice, The Moon that Embraces the Sun and Heartless City.

One of us! One of us!

10. One of her dreams is to become a late-night radio host.

Stations, what are you waiting for? Make it happen.

11. She is a goddess of beauty.

Just a reminder.
