5 really good reasons you should be watching It's Okay, That's Love
If you haven't quite caught on to the K-drama crazy that is It's OK, That's Love, it's never too late to start. The drama is 10 episodes in and you still have time to catch up on all the fun. From story lines that have never really been touched upon, to a romance you can't help but get into and an amazing cast with immense chemistry, here are five reasons you should be watching It's OK, That's Love right now!
1. Gong Hyo Jin's amazing chemistry with her co-stars
If you have ever seen one of her dramas, then you know that the chemistry between Gong Hyo Jin and the main male lead will always be on point. And It's OK, That's Love is no exception to that rule. It's just amazing to see the scenes between Jo In Sung and Gong Hyo Jin! Everything is so believable that it makes the drama even more enjoyable to watch.
I was really surprised at how this drama has been covering sensitive topics such as mental illnesses and sexuality. It's quite refreshing seeing these topics being talked about in a K-drama, and so far they haven't done it in a distasteful way. I hope they continue to present these issues well for the rest of the drama.
Including Jo In Sung, Gong Hyo Jin, Lee Kwang Soo, Sung Dong Il, and making his K-drama debut, Do Kyung Soo from idol group EXO, the cast alone should make you want to watch this drama. A great cast, a good storyline, and throw in some romance and a dash of melodrama and you've got a pretty good drama on your hands. Let's just hope some crazy plot twist doesn't get thrown our way.
If there's anything else that makes a K-drama perfect, it's an incredible original soundtrack, and this OST is definitely on the road to becoming my personal favorite OST of this year. The song for each scene projects the feel of the drama really well so far. Enjoy some of the OST released so far below.
This one is purely for humor and fun, but seriously, writers, was this the most creative name you all could come up with for Kwang Soo's character? LOL! We love him either way, though.
