We're counting down the days until we learn the winners of the 3rd Annual DramaFever Awards, presented by Toyota. While we wait for Thursday's event, let's take one more look at our nominees for best actress! This time around, let's learn more about them with some fun facts you might not have known.

1. Adriana Ugarte (nominated for The Time In Between)

Fun Fact: Adriana Ugarte's role as a seamstress spy was so popular in Spain that sewing machine sales shot up 176% in the months following the show's initial premiere.

2. Gu Hye Sun (nominated for Angel Eyes)

Fun Fact: Gu Hye Sun actually got her start by gaining fame as an ulzzang on the internet. She said it took her ten years to gain recognition as a legitimate actress instead of being known just as a pretty face.

3. Krystal (nominated for My Lovable Girl)

Fun Fact: Krystal has said that she would prefer to date someone less attractive than she is so that she doesn't have to worry about crazy fans or stalkers getting angry at her.

4. Shim Eun Kyung (nominated for Tomorrow's Cantabile)

Fun Fact: After getting her start as a successful child actor at the age of 9, Shim Eun Kyung decided to quit acting temporarily to attend a performing arts high school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She said she chose Pittsburgh because it doesn't have many Korean citizens, and she had grown exhausted from acting.

5. Gong Hyo Jin (nominated for It's Okay, That's Love)

Fun Fact: She isn't ashamed to admit that she sometimes develops feelings for her costars. She said that attraction naturally develops as they work together closely for months, but once the filming is over, the feelings dissipate quickly. She did, however, have a ten-year relationship with her Wonderful Days costar Ryu Seung Bum, which ended amicably in 2012.

6. Song Ji Hyo (nominated for Emergency Couple)

Song Ji Hyo has played a ballet dancer not once, but twice. Her debut role was as an aspiring dancer in the 2003 horror film Wishing Stairs. She then played a ballerina in the series Goong. She said she enjoys learning new skills, and she studied ballet for the roles.
